Really happy with everything at Paisley park. Great teachers, very caring and supportive. Provides healthy and delicious food. Encourages children to develop skills to be independent, foster good qualities.

I can’t rate Paisley Park high enough. They have been an absolute village for our family. You can tell the educators genuinely care, they all know my child’s name (even if she hasn’t been in their specific room) and the food menu is outstanding. They’ve made me feel safe about having my daughter in daycare and I consider ourselves very lucky that they are as warm and caring as Paisley Park is.

I’ve attended a few of the community events organised by Paisley Park & they have all been excellent. The staff are all lovely, especially Joel who runs the sessions. You can really tell he has a passion for what he does and that shows in the way he runs the sessions. Absolutely would recommend 💓

I can't speak highly enough of Paisley Park. My daughter absolutely loves it here—she’s excited to go every day and always has a ball. It’s been such a weight off my shoulders knowing she is genuinely happy, content, and supported. Special thanks to Lisa (room leader), Caroline (accounts manager), Adriana (director), and the entire team—everyone has been so lovely to deal with. The educators go above and beyond, from the thoughtful learning activities to the incredible quality of the food. The transition from our last centre (which caused my daughter a lot of distress) has been night and day. At Paisley Park, the team takes real initiative—little things like gently helping with drop-off if she’s unsure, always greeting us warmly, and being genuinely attentive to her needs. The environment is so positive, and I’m deeply grateful to the whole team for creating such a nurturing space. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our experience with Paisley Park Newtown was deeply disappointing. I want to preface by saying they did eventually waiver the 3 month minimum enrolment period, however the process and communication was concerning and exhausting. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no direct response for over two weeks when trying to clarify withdrawal terms — which were conflicting across their parent handbook, website, and I was never provided a copy of the signed contract. Instead of offering support, the centre focused on gathering information for an "investigation," with little compassion or meaningful action. We raised several serious concerns which led to our decision to withdraw, including an incident where my son was left in a soiled nappy the entire day. While initially acknowledged as a serious incident, this was later downplayed and inaccurately reported in a delayed incident report. Advertising of the curriculum is misleading. The centre claims to offer a state-aligned 3-year-old kinder curriculum, but this is not the case. The program is not accredited nor delivered by a qualified kinder teacher, and the classroom environment lacked age-appropriate, nurturing, and progressive approaches. Despite promises of a supportive settling-in process, no strategies were offered, and no check-ins occurred, despite many attempts from us. Our children struggled to bond with a safe adult, and their distress worsened over time. The environment did not reflect the values promised. We observed ongoing rigid, cold educator approaches and negative language directed at children. Our typically independent and happy children became emotionally dysregulated and withdrawn, clearly lacking a sense of safety or belonging. There were constantly upset and deregulated children. This entire experience was heartbreaking and emotionally exhausting for our family. I'm sure the centre will reply with 'we value our relationship with families', but sadly this was not our experience. I share this only to help other families make informed decisions. Our children are now happily settled in a new centre where they were supported through a smooth transition — and are now thriving emotionally, socially, and developmentally. The contrast has been profound. A final note: several of the glowing reviews here appear to be written by current staff members.

We have been going to paisley park for just over a month now and have been so impressed with the staff and support. Our little boy is settling in well and the daily updates give such peace of mind that he’s in good hands. Very happy with our experience!

We couldn’t be happier with Paisley Park Early Learning Centre in Newtown! From the very beginning, Adriana, the Centre Director, has been absolutely amazing. She has been so supportive, promptly addressing any concerns we’ve had and ensuring my son is always receiving the best care. Her guidance from day one gave us confidence that we were making the right choice for our son’s early learning journey. In the Earhart room, Joel, Ruwaida, and Shaheen were outstanding in helping my son settle in and feel at home. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication made such a positive impact on him. Now that he has transitioned to the Edison room, Navneet and Rebecca have been equally incredible, providing a nurturing and engaging environment for him to thrive in. I also love the detailed updates they share about his day – it’s so reassuring and thoughtful. The staff here are exceptional, and the centre provides such a welcoming and stimulating environment. I can’t thank Adriana and the entire team enough for their care and dedication. Highly recommend Paisley Park Newtown to any parent looking for an outstanding early learning experience!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I had the worst experience with my little one in this daycare. I was stuck for 3 months with them because of their minimum 3 month policy which they didn’t mention while enrolling. The withdrawl policy on parent guide (2 weeks) and on enrolment form was different. After reading 48-50 pages of parent guide I decided not to read the same points mentioned on enrolment form thinking that it would be the same. But that’s where I made a mistake and ended up in continuing there for 3 months. I was off in orientation itself. And my little one got very sick after that. She was hospitalized because of which I was advised by Dr to not to send her for care. I requested them to push my little ones start date by 1 week as Dr has advised her to keep at home , to which Joanna Silva one of their management staff refused and charged me as private for the whole week. I had to call Centrelink and get it all sorted. Centrelink clearly mentioned that sickness can be one of the reasons not to attend the day care and they also advised me that I should file a complain to Department of Education against the daycare. I still decided not take any actions as my little one was going there and I disnt want this to affect on my baby. I also had to send her for 3 months because I would lose on my $600 bond. I didn’t find the educators very friendly or cooperative with my little 9 month old. I wasn’t getting proper updates with my 9 month old breastfeeding baby. They didn’t offer food properly and no alternatives as well until I constantly pushed them for it. My littlle one reached the border of under weight category because of this. Inspite of me mentioning this to educators and telling them that maternal nurse has advised to monitor her food intake I had no support in it. Going back to work after maternity leave and dealing with such Business focused daycare who don’t care about parents was a nightmare for me. I wish no parents have to go through this kind of experience specially with their babies.

Went to the sensory activity and a potential look for my son but I was actually really disturbed by what I saw. and the kids who we’re actually attending the centre as daycare regulars were all stuffed into one tiny area and they were all at the gate visibly upset and crying and screaming and were left like that the entire hour that we were there. Two female educators were standing in the background the entire time completely uninterested, no comfort offered, no distractions, nothing. Those poor babies were so upset and just standing at the gate the entire time. It was super awful. Also, the sensory activity is super misleading and not advertised properly. It was basically a come play in our rooms while we advertise our services to you. Some paint in one corner isn’t really a sensory session.

My husband and I feel like we've really struck gold in finding paisley park. Our son has now been attending 3 days a week since October and he absolutely loves it! This is primarily down to the exceptional staff and small scale of the centre. Joel and Rhoida went above and beyond to settle him when he first joined and he's gone from strength to strength since moving up to the next class. The management are 100% dedicated and run the place like clock work. All staff seem very happy and there's been no changes to staff in our 7 month attendance. In addition to this, the day care runs once a month date nights with on the house babysitting, cooking classes and regular menu tastings. We're delighted he's so settled after a rough start at another centre. We all feel like members of a big happy family! Thank you to everyone at Paisley Park! Keep doing what you're doing!
