The educators at this centre are amazing. They create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported and valued. We love the strong communication and the genuine relationships they build with both children and families. We are so grateful to be part of this centre.

We have been part of journey for the past 5 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provide. The educators are incredibly caring, hardworking, and truly passionate about what they do. They always make me feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my little ones in their hands. Staff are friendly and happy, there’s minimal staff turnover which enables a secure attachment for my child and ensures he is happy, safe and enthusiastic about going to daycare. Their communication is fantastic and I am put at easy leaving my child in their facility and care! Thanks everyone at Journey daycare North Mackay.

Journey isn't just a daycare it honestly feels like a second home. My daughter is 2 and had been attending Journey since 6months old, she absolutely loves it! She pesters me every morning to get in the car and go to school. The staff are all an amazing team and they truly care about your kids. Nothing is too hard for them to work around for your little one. Some centres may have fancy coffee machines or new buildings or gimmicks to wow you, this centre wows me with their efforts and relationships they build with my child which is priceless. I've been through a lot the last 12 months as a parent and just a human and one thing I've never had to stress or worry about is my daughter and how her day is going, everyday is a good day when she is at Journey.
