We enrolled our son at Avenues when he was just 1½ years old, starting in the toddler room. Coming from Sri Lanka, this was a very emotional and important cultural milestone for our family. As parents who had recently moved to Australia, we were new beginners, and we didn’t have extended family here to support us. Naturally, we were very hesitant at first. However, from the very first day at Avenues, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable and supported. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care gave us the confidence to leave our son without any fear or doubt. That meant everything to us as parents. Since starting preschool at Avenues, we have seen incredible growth in our son — socially, emotionally, and personally. He slowly began making friends, and through him, we also built meaningful friendships with other families. Even today, we remain in good contact with many of them, and that is all thanks to Avenues. Avenues is not just a childcare centre for us. It is where our son learned good manners, respect, confidence, and important life values. We truly appreciate the dedication of the educators and the positive environment they create every day. We highly recommend Avenues to any parent without a second thought. It has been a beautiful journey for our family.

We feel incredibly grateful to Avenues. I have 2 girls who graduated and currently one who attends currently, and the experience has truly been wonderful. Our children have blossomed from shy and timid little ones into confident, happy kids, and we give credit so much of that growth to the nurturing environment created by the educators. The team genuinely cares about every child. They are respectful, courteous, and consistently supportive. Avenues has a humble atmosphere that feels like 2nd home. My son comes home feeling happy, secure and excited to share his experiences. Educators don’t just supervise -they nurture, guide development and celebrate milestones alongside family. We can’t thank them enough. Management communicates regularly and keeps families informed and up to date at all times. We highly recommend to any family.

All three put my kids have attended Avenues over the past 8 years and I couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s always had a warmth that’s hard to find and caring staff, who are genuine and form great relationships with the kids.

Avenues Jindalee has made my time as a first time mum dropping their child into the centre as a very easy transition. The management team and the staff are so caring and gentle with my baby. I love seeing the updates that get emailed out to me through the day so I can see what my baby is up to. My eldest transferred here from another company. The staff and the service at avenues was amazing - he was so much happier and learnt so much, staying at avenues until he started prep. So, when it was time to enrol my daughter I had no hesitation but to choose avenues. She has been there for 2 years now (starting in nursery) and she absolutely loves it.

My 2 children have enjoyed their time at Avenues Jindalee. They have both been attending the centre since they were 18months. Whenever my wife and I arrive to pick them up they are very happy. The staff are very attentive and this was especially the case when we first enrolled as this was a very nerve racking time for us. They made us feel comfortable leaving our children. There are plenty of toys and equipment for the children to use. We love that they always have some messy play or art available in both the indoor and outdoor areas. We highly recommend Avenues Jindalee.

My son finishes kindy next week and im so sad he will be leaving the centre. The staff are soo friendly, always have a smile on their faces and you can tell they love their jobs. A fantastic centre with caring staff and wonderful Manager and Assistant Manager
