We love NCC. I’ve had my two boys go thru Nicki’s - one 3yr currently there and my 5 yr old now at school. Both have been/were there since 12 months of age. We adore it. It’s like a happy home. Very loving and commercial or institutional about it. The size is one of the best things about it - small number of kids which means you really get amazing attention and care from the educators and the support staff. Both kids were at a big, franchise pre-Nicki’s and I just love the vibe and philosophy of Nicki’s so much more. One of my fave things is that the rooms are ‘open’ to each other. So the kids get to mingle across ages groups quite a lot. It’s not like they’re free range, just that the doors are these half barn style doors that the bigger kids can see over and the smaller kids can see up and out of. Compared to the big centre they were at before, I love this verses the big, heavy, full doors that feel like you’re locking the kid away for the day. The educators are angels sent from heaven. We’ve been so so so lucky with them across our childcare journey. The kids absolutely adore them and again, it feels like they’re part of the family. If you’re looking for a friendly, home like centre with amazing educators, NCC is for you!

Our child has recently started at Nicki's, and the staff have paid so much attention to details about what our child loves to do, how to help them feel comfortable and different ways to encourage their learning. Having a smaller group of kids and carers means they all really get to know each other, and it is such a comfortable environment. I love that a number of staff members have been working at Nicki's for many years, emphasising that they too enjoy their interactions with the kids and are happy with the management of the centre.

The small size of Nicki's makes for such a homely feel. The educators are great and staff consistency is very good! Highly recommend!

We couldn’t possibly love Nicki’s more - our boys are thriving there. The educators are so kind and creative and have built a wonderful community. Knowing my bubs are having a blast there made the return to work so much easier.

All the teachers are kind and warm-hearted, and my son enjoys going to kindergarten every day. He also tells me that the lunch and snacks are delicious. I’m looking forward to seeing him grow and develop.

Both our children have attended Nicki’s and we have been very happy with the professionalism, programs and nurturing setting. Unlike other private centres, it’s small with low staff turnover which creates a family friendly and high support culture.

Nicki's Clever Cookies has been an excellent centre for our son who has loved attending from day one. Sometimes I have trouble getting him in the car at pick-up time because he loves it so much! It's a small centre which is great as it feels like we're dropping our little one off at a friend or family member's home. Nicki's Clever Cookies shares some of the values that my husband and I have for our son's development like: Learning through play/music Etiquette manners development Good nutrition Sun smart play Overall Nicki's has a nice warm feel to the centre and we would recommend it.
