Our family have been attending this centre for a number of years as we have transitioned from nursery right through to 4 year old kinder. It feels more like a welcoming family than a daycare centre as every educator knows each child and parent and it genuinely feels like they truly care for each and every child. Open and honest communication throughout. Most importantly my kids LOVE going. It isnt chaotic with over full rooms which is another reason why we love this place! Such a relief to know they are really well cared for in such a warm and nurturing environment.

The staff at Mayfield truly deserve the highest praise. Individuals like Tayla, Dhivya, Kanya, and Dana, along with many others, consistently go above and beyond. Their genuine care for the children is evident in every interaction. They are not only highly professional but also incredibly responsive and warm, creating a truly comforting and engaging environment for the little ones.
Under the superb leadership of Kylie, the manager, Mayfield operates with remarkable efficiency and a clear focus on child-centered care. She fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere that clearly permeates through the entire staff.

Both of my daughters have attended Mayfield Kindergarten — my eldest is now in primary school, and my youngest is currently there — and I truly can't say enough good things about this centre. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with warmth, kindness, and smiles. The staff are absolutely wonderful — caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It feels more like a family than a childcare setting.
The environment is always clean, safe, and inviting, and you can tell the children are happy and thriving. My daughters have both loved going there, and it's been so reassuring to know they are in such good hands. All the staff go above and beyond to make every child feel seen, supported, and nurtured. Their focus on the wellbeing of each child really shines through.
A very big shout out to Kylie the centre manager who from day one make us feel welcomed, supported us through the start process which can be daunting and challenging for parents needing to find the most appropriate centre for their children. Kylie made the process so easy and truly comforting to know the amount of support and help that was given and still continue to give. I have seen such a positive and significant change since bringing the children over.
Mayfield is truly a special place, and I’m so grateful to have found this centre and truly blessed to have my children in such a loving, beautiful place.

We absolutely love Mayfield Early Learning! The staff are always so friendly, happy, and genuinely caring. The centre is always clean and welcoming, and you can truly see how much the team cares for each and every child. It feels like one big family—not just a daycare centre.
My older daughter also attended Mayfield and is now in primary school, but she still loves coming back to pick up her younger sister. The staff always take the time to chat with her and ask how she's doing at primary, which really shows how much they care about the whole family, not just the kids currently enrolled.
What makes Mayfield so special is that you're never treated like just a number. The staff always go above and beyond to support both the children and the parents, making sure everything suits your individual needs.

My son has been attending Sydenham Mayfield for some time now and have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff across the service are caring, friendly, and always makes sure my son is safe and happy. My child enjoys coming every day and loves all the fun activities they do.
The educators always approach myself or my partner with warm and welcoming greetings both at drop off and pick ups. I also love getting updates on how my child is doing and what they’ve been up to throughout the day.
Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I feel confident my child is in good hands. Highly recommend!

My elder son has been attending the Sydenham centre since he was a baby, and he is now in school. My younger son is currently in the Toddlers room and has been at the centre since he was 11 months old. The staff here are absolutely amazing—very caring and supportive. They make drop-offs so much easier with their warm and welcoming approach. The cook is also fantastic, and the meals provided are great. We are very happy with the care and attention our children receive at this centre.

We have moved to mayfield at the start of the year with both my kids. It was a hard transition for the kids but with the patience from the team and continuous care they have settled in so well. It’s so great to see how much they love attending each day as this shows us as parents that they are safe and cared for. We can’t thank them enough and looking forward to see what the rest of the year brings for everyone. Kylie has been great the moment I meet her at watergardens I just knew my kids would be safe under her ; Kylie is very supportive and works with families to ensure their needs are meet. My daughter had never gone to daycare before enrolling at mayfield so I was very nervous sending her for her first day but the educators and Kylie reassured me and let me call as many times as I wanted to check in. My daughter settled in so quickly with the help and guidance of the educators. The centre management is also lovely to deal with. Communication is great when you have an issue or concern. Kylie and the Mayfield team are people I have a lot of respect and time for.
