I have had the pleasure of providing professional development and learning services to Wattle ELC for 3 years. I have watched the team grow over this time with many dynamic changes and aspirations. Yesterday, I spent half a day with the team engaging them in team building games while reflecting on professionalism, communication, ethics and quality practice. It was a great day with grounded and professional educators who seem to continually strive to improve outcomes for all stakeholders and can I say, with many wicked laughs and stories along the way!
