I am so grateful for the wonderful care and support my child and family receives from the team. My son is neurodivergent and he’s thrived with the attentive care and support his given. The team work with my son’s therapist to support hai learning , especially his wellbeing. I am absolutely grateful to Vee and Suzie , as directors and mangers, who lead a team of dedicated educators. There isn’t ever a conversation or question that’s to big or small they are always ready to listen and help navigate through things with families. Thanks so much for the care and love my son and the children receive in your care.

Great after-school care with friendly and caring staff. They handle children’s allergies really well and make sure everyone feels safe and included. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS the staff were literally horrible, especially someone called “Ms Vee” with those eyelash extensions. She constantly bias the younger children and she also told my child that she had attitude when she wasnt doing snything at all, if this place actually cared they would have observed that my daughter has a resting face of frowning and has an eye problem that makes her accidentally roll her eyes where she doesnt notice. The educators had the audacity to make her cry and plus the food is atrocious and my daighter said that a child was sent to the hospital from eating the food once. Overall the staff neglects the older children and has low quality food that hasnt been inspected the old management of the afterschool care used to be so good until the replaced the management with a new one including adding “ms Vee” they should change it back to the way it was before!( staff were kinder and inclusive as well as the service, food and activities)

I addressed concerns of bullying regarding my daughter the owner was very dismissive of my complaint and I had to push very very hard to even get it investigated. I find the management I spoke with Vee extremely rude I called today to ask a simple question regarding the app ti check in and check out our children and she mumbled at the end of the call “ omg “ in a sarcastic tone. Don’t recommend coscare due to there service alone.

Zero stars, the staff directly contributed to giving me an eating disorder, ignored my self harm, shamed me daily. I was a clearly adhd/autistic child and they chose to force me to stay inside. Told me I didn't need afternoon tea regularly because I was a slightly chubby 6-12 year old, causing low self esteem and later an eating disorder. On one occasion, the "carers" made me sit on the stage when I was crying so everyone would see me. Legitimately scarring experience. I don't know if it's still the same carers, but be careful, talk to your children and do not ignore their complaints about the "carers".
