My son has been at EHJ for nearly two years, and it has provided such a welcoming and professional environment. Paula and every single staff member we’ve interacted with have been amazing and incredibly supportive. I’ve seen him grow into a confident child, and he is always excited to go, which says it all! We truly love the care and attention he receives here. It has been a very positive experience all around.

EHJ has been the 2nd home for my son during the last 4 years. He has grown from a baby to a confident toddler ready for primary school in a wonderful environment of EHJ. I can’t thank the management team and all educators enough. Thanks for being part of his childhood memories, which we will treasure for life. All the best!

We have had such a wonderful experience at EHJ. From day one, the staff have been incredibly professional, warm, and caring. Most importantly, my son absolutely loves going there! It gives us such peace of mind knowing he is in such a supportive environment. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

EHJ is truly a special place. I wouldn't put my child anywhere else. Paula and Arthur are so experienced and highly professional. The staff here go above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment. Luke, Perri, Sofie and Monica (to name a few) gave my daughter the best foundation into early learning. I love and miss this crew so much. Wish I had more kids....lol.

I emailed them, no reply. Calling them, the lady in charged the kinder program is inpatient and arrogant. A education staff without patience is awful. Very disappointed.

Highly reckon this CC! My son has been here since one year old, educations are all very friendly patient and responsible. He enjoys the activities and programming very much and happy every day to go. Staffs are very stable there as well which is easier for kids to build a relationship and trust with them. Overall it's a awesome CC!

We have been attending the child care center for three years, and it has been a great relief for us. We never have to worry about our son being at the center, allowing us to focus on our work. The center offers a variety of activities that support the children’s development and promote their overall well-being. The educators are kind and nurturing, yet maintain a firm approach that helps guide the children in the right direction. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care and support provided by the center.

I contacted Essex heights ELC multiple times to enquire about enrollment. Rarely got reply from emails. So even called them. Finally had spoken to N….ka who was not very helpful because the answers were always uncertain. How much ever busy they are, it’s their responsibility to respond to emails and give clear transparent information to parents. If they are a good child care center, not only looking after kids is important but also good communication with the families play a pivotal role. N….ka had mentioned that she speaks to P…a , her manager for all advice. If they are unable to organise tours, please do not keep bluffing around. Make it clear so that the parents can find another child care who communicate well.

Our son attended EHJ 2020-2023 and our experience was great! I would recommend this centre to anyone looking for ELC/Child. I'm pasting the farewell note I sent to the lovely EHJ team. ----- Reflecting on the past 4 years we have had the best experience a family could hope for. Your professionalism, commitment and most importantly the genuine love and care is reflected in his and our daily interactions with all team members at EHJ. Piyumi, Sofie, Sophia, Con, Perri, Luke, Lauren, Woo-Jung, Keleni, Laura, Courtney, Cheryl and all the other lovely staff at EHJ - Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, words cannot express our gratitude for all your hard work.
