My son has attended this gem of a centre for over a year now and I thank my lucky stars for his development in their care. The entire team (everyone from Rena and Alecia in Admin, Tracey, the director and the centre's chef sorry we say hello all the time but I don't know your name) creates such a intimate and caring environment that our son not only feels safe and happy — he thrives every single day becoming such a confident and clever little guy. The educators from different rooms know my son's name, very much proving that sense of authentic community connection and belonging. I receive detailed learning plans, uploading of photos and video's from my son's activities on their parent app Storypark. I love reading about the fun learning experiences the educators introduce, their thoughtful programs, warm communication and genuine love for the children make drop-offs joyful instead of hard, and as a parent, that peace of mind means the world especially when the staff (Miss Nikita, Miss Sam and Miss Jayme you're amazing for this) are comforting your very upset child on those emotional days + having to leave them to get to work leaves strong parent guilt feelings, rest assured, the staff keep you well informed on those occasional unsettled days to eliminate those feelings. We couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness, innovation and dedication the staff bring to our son’s early years. Thank you for being such an important part of his growth and happiness! ❤️

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this daycare. From the very beginning, the staff have gone above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing and genuinely caring environment. My son has grown so much since attending here — emotionally, socially and in confidence. The educators take the time to truly know each child, their needs, their personalities and what helps them thrive. It’s clear they don’t just “look after” the kids, they truly care. Miss Kerryn, Chloe and Yindi along with other staff have been absolutely incredible with Chase. Their patience, kindness and genuine dedication have made such a positive impact on him, and it gives me complete peace of mind knowing he is supported and understood every day. A huge mention also to Tracey and Rena, they are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel supported and valued, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I always feel reassured knowing my son is in such capable and loving hands. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than seeing your child happy, settled and excited to go to daycare. We are so grateful for everything this team does and for the positive role they play in our family’s life. I would recommend this daycare to anyone without hesitation.

We would like to sincerely thank Miss Tracy and Miss Jayme for the warm and genuine way they have welcomed us back to Lowered Early Education Centre and Preschool. From the moment we returned, we felt supported, heard, and reassured that our children are truly in good hands. We would like to shout out to Miss Nikita and Miss Sam who have also been absolutely amazing at settling our boys back into care. It’s clear the centre has strong frameworks in place to ensure the safety, security, wellbeing, and happiness of the children, and this gives us enormous peace of mind as parents. We also really value the centre’s behaviour support framework, and the thoughtful, respectful way children are supported to learn and grow. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of the community again and appreciate the care, consistency, and commitment shown by the team every day and the details that do not go unnoticed.

Been using Lowood early education and preschool for the last 8 years with 3 of my children for before & after school care, vacation care and long daycare currently in nursery and jnr kindy. The centre is always clean, welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of toys and resources there to keep the little ones happy. If I have ever had a problem I know it is sorted the afternoon I raise it. The staff are loving, caring and fun whilst always remaining professional. They really do make it feel as if they are a part of our family. I'll be sad when the time comes that I no longer need them. Thank you Tracey, Rena and all the beautiful ladies that make the centre as amazing as it is.

The staff are amazing. Always welcoming when you enter the centre. My son loves going everyday and playing and learning new things . The centre is always very clean Would definitely recommend this centre

We can’t thank the team at Lowood Early Education Centre & Pre-school enough for their ongoing support and love for our family. Over the past 2.5 years we have seen the growth and strength of our little one has displayed due to the team’s support and dedication. They communicate with us regularly to ensure we are all on the same page. When we say it takes a tribe to raise a child, this is our tribe that we are very proud of. Just need to recognise the staff at Lowood Early Education Centre & Preschool. A huge thank you to Tracey who made our voices heard, and made it her mission when we requested our little guy to be moved up. He is thriving and we couldn't be happier that we chose this centre. Without a doubt, every day we are greeted with a warm hello when walking through the doors. Our son is always greeted and farewelled by every educator who knows him, and the communication about his day and progress is incredibly consistent. To Tracey, EVERY educator who has cared for our bug, and all the staff at Lowood, thank you.

These women have helped raise my sons we are treated like family and I appreciate all of them, my youngest normally has dramas letting me leave but these girls have help build his independence and now he waves goodbye at the window. They jave really supported him. we breifly attended the other local daycare in the area as we moved away and come back and it honestly has nothing on this one. (I wouldn't recommend that one) This long service child care IS the best one in town.
