I would like to share how impressed I have been with Cuddles South Lake, especially Miss Georgina, the new Centre Manager. I have noticed many positive changes that have made a real difference for our family. What stands out most is her genuine care and commitment. She is always friendly, approachable, and willing to take the time to communicate with parents. The booking process has become much more organised, and there has also been a significant improvement in the accuracy of invoices. As a FIFO worker, it gives me great peace of mind knowing that my three children are in such caring and capable hands while I am away for work. I am very grateful for all the hard work of Miss Georgina and the team and would highly recommend Cuddles South Lake to any family looking for quality childcare.

We couldn’t be happier with Cuddles South Lake. Georgina and the whole team have been absolutely amazing and so helpful, especially with guiding us through the CCS process which made everything so much easier. Our 6 month old absolutely loves going there and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is being cared for by such a kind and genuine team. Cuddles South Lake is a truly special place. Our oldest son has been going here since he was 2, beginning in the Toddlers room with the wonderful Miss Aleah, who remains one of his favourite people in the world to this day (and one of ours too), continuing to the Kindy room, and now as a Vacation Care “schoolie”. Staff at Cuddles are communicative, caring, and get to know each individual child in their care. Due to our fantastic experience in the older years rooms, we had no qualms about leaving our youngest in the care of the Babies room staff at just 6 months old, and he is absolutely flourishing under the care of the incredible Miss Emily and the rest of the team. Each day when we drop our children off, they greet their educators and peers with huge smiles, showing how comfortable and happy they are at Cuddles, ready for another day of baking, water play, messy play, painting, obstacle courses, and songs. We love how parents are invited to help guide the learning journey of our children, and regular feedback is sought. The centre is wonderful at creating a positive community atmosphere through initiatives such as Mother’s and Father’s Day events, Open Night, free bread offered to families, and raffles to fundraise for charity. A shout out also to Miss Hazel, whose noodles are frequently spoken about with great fondness as our son pushes away the apparently-inferior food we provide him with at home. Annick was fantastic in helping me through the booking process. I needed a few days during school holiday for my son and she was quick to respond and help me with my booking needs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel all our January bookings and she was super understanding about it. I would love to come back in the future if circumstances allow. Thank you Annick.

It’s been an Amazing journey in Southlake cuddles!! Since my daughter was 9 months and to 4 years now; everyday that I dropped my daughter I always had a Safe feeling and peace at heart. She has developed so beautifully under the fabulous educators who are So caring and experienced. Moreover, Cuddles educators helped us during the second pregnancy as well with developing a gradual acceptance of another sibling in my then toddler daughter. I happily enrolled my 5 months old son in Cuddles as well and they always updated me with all my Mommy queries and would Never make me feel like I’m asking too much. Cuddles has been a Family to us and we have loved every moment my kids grew up here! Thankyou for all the beautiful memories and we will dearly miss Cuddles 🤗

Cuddles Southlake has been so amazing for my daughter. She started at just 12 months old in the baby room and is now 3 years old and we have sadly had to say goodbye. I cannot fault the ladies working here, they are all SO qualified and caring. My daughter is quiet and sensitive but the ladies learnt what she loved in order to always make her feel at home and bring her out of her shell. The rooms are welcoming and the play areas are decent size with good play equipment. I also loved seeing the rooms ready and set up for new learning experiences/activities when the kids played outside. We are so sad to be leaving and will miss them all!
