So sad to walk past this childcare whilst walking dog in park behind the centre. Sometimes unsupervised children (age around 18 months- 2 years)stand at the fence interacting with strangers in the park. Sometimes I can hear kids screaming (really screaming like they are in pain) I am a Mum and I know the different types of cries. Just today saw a lady with a hat on bring a lone crying child out to the backyard, it is a hot day and the lady was wearing a sun hat, the child was wearing no hat. She sat down and ignored the crying child for about 5 mins, then when she saw me watching she began to talk to the child. I have seen sad and troubling situations in this centre many times. Others I’ve spoken to in the park share my concern.
