We’ve had a really positive experience with this childcare centre. My eldest daughter attended when it was under previous ownership, and I’ve seen a big improvement since the new owners took over. Communication is much better, and the educators are very involved, caring, and attentive with the children. I now have both of my daughters attending and it’s been lovely to see how much they’ve learned and grown in such a warm, supportive environment. A special mention to the owners, Marissa and Tenille, who have been fantastic. Any concerns I’ve had have been addressed promptly, and they are always approachable, supportive, and genuinely care. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring and well-run childcare.

Our daughter has been at Discovery Bay for 7 months now and we love it. We feel very comfortable knowing she is in safe hands and well looked after. She continues to grow and learn there. The staff and management are all great and communicate well.

My son Jamal started at Discovery Bay Early Learning Centre last year, and I was very worried about him starting a new childcare. From the first day I walked into the centre, the owners and staff were so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They really listened and made me feel comfortable. My 5-month-old also started this year and is doing so well. The staff give me daily feedback about both of my boys, which I really appreciate. The centre feels more like a family than a childcare, and it is always very clean and smells lovely. I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide.

The office staff at Discovery Bay Childcare are absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

My daughter started Feb 2025, a month after the new owners took over. A little hesitant as I had read some other reviews, but it was not far from home and worth a look. We could not be happier. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Tennille and Marisa go out of their way with support beyond their requirements. Thank you for making my child safe and supported just like her second home.

I can't speak for how it used to be under the older management, but I've had only great experiences with Tenille and Marissa and their team of educators. The centre itself is obviously purpose built and modern, but I've honestly been more impressed with the passion and focus on the child safety side of things that comes through in their communication and dealings. I would describe it as more of a family business level care rather than corporate - which may have been the case in the past by the sounds of some of the older reviews I've read here. It's a highly personal decision when it comes to trusting a place with your children, but I would definitely recommend at least checking these guys out if you're looking for a place for your kids.

This place has new owners now and I must say they are special!!

It was an excellent place for our child when it opened 2 years ago, However, the quality has deteriorated sharply since 2024. Many of the best educators and staff left. The recent departure of the last remaining good educator we trusted, left us deeply worried about our child's well-being. The centre seems totally understaffed and severely disorganized. Communication has also broken down, we no longer receive updates about our child's activities, and even administrative emails have stopped. We were only made aware of the change in management by chance. We'll be definitely moving our child to a different centre as soon as possible.
