Syndal Childcare & Early Learning Centre is a family-owned centre with a big heart. For more than 25 years, we’ve been part of the Mt Waverley community, caring for children and building close, trusting relationships with their families.
Because we are a smaller centre, we really get to know every child – their personality, their comforts, their favourite games and the little things that make them feel secure. Many of our educators have been with us long term, so children are welcomed each day by warm, familiar faces who feel like extended family.
Our cosy rooms and large, natural outdoor yard give children plenty of space to play, explore and make friends in a relaxed, caring environment. Learning is play-based and joyful, with lots of opportunities for connection, conversation and meaningful learning experiences.
As children grow, our Government-funded Kindergarten program, led by qualified and caring kinder teachers, helps them become confident, curious and ready for school, while still feeling supported in our small, close-knit setting.

My son has been attending Syndal Childcare from last 3 years. I couldn't recommend Syndal Childcare more as it has been a fun place for my son and he has grown in an independent smart kid. He made friends and learnt a lot there. The caregivers are very caring and make it a fun and safe place. He loved activities like b'day celebrations, Australian animals visits, Dino from Museum, Chick hatching, firefighter visits and so many other engaging activities. Kudos to Mariam for running a great Childcare and my son's caregivers - Tippy, Venessa, Cleo, Ruby.

This is a great childcare, all the educators are so loving and caring. My little one has been going there since he was just 5 month old. It has become a fmaily for him. I would highly recommend this place.
