We have two children attending Goodstart Norfolk Village, we have had nothing but the best experience with the team here. From Kim, the director down to the educators. Not only do we love the centre but so do our kids. The team have helped us so much with our autistic child, from support letters to paediatricians all the way to getting him enrolled into prep next year. They have been courteous, caring and supportive throughout the time our kids started there. We only have good things to say about the team and centre. I have two sons who have both attended the centre. My eldest is in year 1, and the centre was amazing at preparing him for school. My youngest is in the pre kindergarten room, he has a great time. Happy with his friends and teachers at the centre. All the staff are friendly and do a great job of taking care of our kids.

Both of my children have been attending for the past 2.5 years and have thrived. The educators are engaged with every child, the yard is large and full of learning experiences - we are constantly amazed at what the kids are coming home and teaching us about. My kids genuinely love going every day, they have developed their little network of friends and are building confidence and developing new skills in a supportive environment. I also love the very low staff turnover; excellent communication and I am provided regular updates on my kids’ progress. My son is going to without a doubt miss all of the educators when he starts prep next year (particularly Miss Allison & Miss Jacinta)!

This is an amazing centre that care so much about the children and are very accommodating around the needs and requirements for both children and parents.

Director and educators are wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate. Always go above and beyond to help their families. Our 3 children have attended the centre since 2019. The kids adore their educators. 5 stars ❤
