To send your child to day care is hard for any first time mum but we were so lucky to find Northgate Early Learning & Kindergarten. The staff and educators are passionate, caring & so warm & friendly, I couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my son! My baby feels happy, safe & cared for and that’s everything. 100% recommend.

Worst decision we ever made. We couldn't have our son for even a week. Apart from reception girls who where always very friendly and helpful. The rest of staff from Kindy room where always very unfriendly and rude and we felt our son wasn't in good hands. Even spoke with manager who told us about policies that don't even exist. Have friends who already had issues with them and we thought they were exaggerating but sadly we experienced same lack of care and professionalism. Very disappointed.

Love the Educators here, so caring and loving toward my baby! I get photo updates through the KeptMe app whenever he attends care and love seeing how much fun he has. I feel at ease knowing that he is well taken care of while I'm at work. Great centre.

Most of the staff who work here aren’t nice, it’s all an act.

Nice spacious rooms with large shaded outside areas for children to play. Friendly personnel. Good, healthy food. Large groups of children which means less individual attention to them but it is a good environment to socialise and to become more independent. Overall I am quite happy with the service they provide. My baby likes it too.
