City Kids is a very professional childcare centre, and the teachers are all highly responsible and genuinely kind to children. My child attended City Kids from infancy through to the end of kinder. During that time, we tried a few other centres, but none of them could compare. I’m truly happy that we chose City Kids. Our child spent a joyful and wonderful early childhood there. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend City Kids to other families.

Our family has had the pleasure of being a part of the City Kid Childcare community for nearly two years, and it has been an incredibly positive experience for us and our child, Jubee. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that City Kid is more than just a childcare center; it’s a nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and form lasting friendships. One of the first things that reassured us was meeting Jo, the heartwarming Director of City Kid. Her genuine warmth and dedication immediately made us feel at ease. Jo’s presence is a testament to the caring and supportive atmosphere that defines City Kid. Alongside Jo, Nat, her lovely and always-smiling assistant, has been a constant source of joy and comfort for Jubee. Nat’s affectionate and attentive nature has made a significant impact, brightening Jubee’s days and helping to foster a sense of belonging. Jubee has spent some of their most memorable and formative times here. The bonds Jubee has developed with both peers and staff are truly heartwarming. It’s evident that the team at City Kid, including Jo and Nat, are dedicated professionals who not only ensure high-quality care but genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. Jubee’s experiences have been enriched by the sense of security and enthusiasm for learning fostered by this exceptional team. The curriculum at City Kid is engaging and thoughtfully designed, promoting both academic and social growth. Jubee has made wonderful friends and built a strong sense of community, thanks to the inclusive and supportive atmosphere created by the amazing staff. Our son was at City Kids from the age of 11 months. He absolutely loved the place, he was always happy in the morning to go there. Maria, Tram, Manita, all other educators, Nat and Jo are amazing, they are very caring, attentive and know everything about the kids in their care. The centre is very clean and safe. Sadly we had to relocate to suburbs and could not continue there. It was very hard to find a place that would match the standard set by City Kids. Thank you very much for many happy days that we had at City Kids.

Choosing a daycare centre is an incredibly difficult decision. My daughter attended city kids for 3.5 years and they are nothing short of amazing. I never had 1 concern during the entire time. The centre is incredibly organised and well run. The rooms are clean and the level of care is superb. I am now looking at daycare for my son closer to home and am unfortunately realising that most other centres are sub par. I should have written this review years ago. Jo and the team are exceptional and city kids still holds a special place in our hearts 💕

We had our three boys at City Kids and would unreservedly recommend it. Jo and her fantastic team were caring and attentive, providing a stimulating environment that our boys thoroughly enjoyed. Massive thanks to Jo and everyone at City Kids!

After nearly 2 years we had to simplify our lives by coming to a daycare close to home. It was an incredibly hard decision, made harder by City Kids staff being so awesome. The team was nothing but professional and caring from Day 1. Thank you so much each and everyone of you for your dedication and application. We are eternally grateful!

This is an incredible daycare centre. From the Director, management team, room leaders and to the lovely educators, they all show ‘heart’ to kids and parents. The staff show care and dedication, take feedback seriously and they can be seen to continuously take the centre to the next level each year and make it a warm and welcoming second home for our little ones. I’m so grateful my kids are happy here. Also a fantastic and engaging learning program, good healthy menu, nice rooftop outdoor play area… 5 stars all round!!
