My daughter commenced daycare when she was 9 months old. We toured quite a few centres in the area as daycare was new to our family and choosing the right place was very important to us.<br>We arrived to do a tour and were greeted by Lauren who was friendly and answered all the questions I had no matter how silly some seemed at the time. I was anxious about my daughter being away from me as we had never been apart before but after deciding to enrol my daughter into The Family Tree Atwell she settled in so quickly and it was me who had separation anxiety, she was fine. The rooms are large and the centre is a nice size where all the staff know all the children’s names even if they are in a different room. What made our decision to commence with The Family Tree Atwell was the friendly and nurturing staff. From the moment we met they connected really well with my daughter and took the time to get to know her (and me) and have become like extended family to my daughter where I trust and feel absolutely comfortable leaving her there and I don’t trust many people to care for my daughter so it’s a huge thing to me.<br>My daughter is in the Nursery and when she arrives each morning from the moment you enter you are welcomed with happy familiar faces at reception with Lauren and Bec and they have their own chef Belinda who we see on our way to the Nursery and is always happy and knows every child. Belinda goes above and beyond with her meal preparation and variety of meals for the children accommodating all dietary requirements.<br>The Educators prepare creative imaginative activities every day that are suited to the age group and have helped my daughter reach a number of Milestones in her time at The Family Tree. My daughter has only recently started walking and each night when I picked up my daughter often one of the Educators would be taking the time to encourage her to walk and doing activities to build her confidence.<br>Whether it’s first thing in the morning or at the end of the day at pick up, the staff are always friendly and have such a beautiful passion for all the children.<br>My daughter normally lets off a little squeal of excitement when she enters the room in the morning and walks up to Nikki or Zahara or Bethany and gives them a hug. It’s become my daughter’s safe place and whilst daycare was a big adjustment to our weekly routine, the staff at The Family Tree are always supportive and provide the upmost care to my daughter and all the children I’ve seen there. It’s also been important and great for my daughter’s social skills to interact with children of her same age.<br>I highly recommend The Family Tree Atwell for your early childcare learning centre.

We are so happy we made the move to Family Tree. We came from another daycare where our daughter felt isolated and alone, to a place where she immediately felt comfortable.
