I am beyond frustrated with this childcare centre. My child has now been bitten multiple times and been scratched, still got marks after7... I am beyond frustrated with this childcare centre. My child has now been bitten multiple times and been scratched, still got marks after7 weeks and despite repeated discussions with management, no effective action has been taken. Each time, I was told new measures would be put in place, yet the same incident continues to happen. This shows a serious lack of supervision and concern for the children’s safety. I can no longer trust that my child is being properly cared for here and would not recommend this centre to other parents. Read more

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care at this childcare centre. Despite raising concerns multiple times about my child being bitten, this has now happened for the sixth time. Each time I was reassured that measures were in place to prevent further incidents, yet nothing has changed. The lack of proper supervision and follow-through is deeply concerning. As a parent, I expect my child to be in a safe environment, and this centre has failed to provide that. I can no longer trust their promises or their ability to ensure my child’s safety. Read more
