Very professional care, well developed place for learning and growth in a safe environment. Excellent resources.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care at this childcare centre. Despite raising concerns multiple times about my child being bitten, this has now happened for the sixth time. Each time I was reassured that measures were in place to prevent further incidents, yet nothing has changed. The lack of proper supervision and follow-through is deeply concerning. As a parent, I expect my child to be in a safe environment, and this centre has failed to provide that. I can no longer trust their promises or their ability to ensure my child’s safety.

As a mum, I’m really happy with Smartland Boutique Early Learning Sippy Downs. It’s such a relief to know my little one is always clean, well cared for, and genuinely enjoys being there. I also really appreciate the special support they give to each child, it shows how much they care. That peace of mind means everything, and I’m truly grateful!

Highly recommended Smartland Sippy downs!! My daughter has been in nursery 2 and is now moving up. The unconditional support and love to my daughter is so appreciated. Leaving your baby in the hands of these beautiful educators makes everything feel at ease. Forever thankful for them. Safe, supportive and loving centre.

Our eldest has been at Smartland Sippy Downs for more than a year now and we couldn’t be happier with the care, help and support the educators, support staff and admin staff have afforded us. The extra activities have been amazing for growing our child’s confidence. The team are always available to listen & help families where possible. Improvements are frequently visible around the centre, if and where possible, and the playground activities change regularly, allowing the children a chance to explore and have fun! The onsite kitchen always smells amazing! I love that they teach the kids about composting and recycling too. Thanks to an amazing team!

My two children have been attending Smartland Sippy Downs for nearly 1 year and we are forever grateful for the care they deliver. - Professional and compassionate staff - A huge focus on the child’s emotional wellbeing and development - Endless activities (Bush Kindy, Yoga, Music, Swimming etc) - Super Hygienic and Modern Facilities - Continuously looking at ways to improve and make information more accessible (App, Newsletters, emails to confirm weekly sessions) - Monthly date nights for the parents - Great price compared to our previous daycare in Brisbane which weren’t even half as good as these guys! The list goes on.. Highly recommend. If I could give more stars I would.

I’ve had the pleasure of sending my daughter to Smartland Sippy Downs, since it first opened, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support they’ve provided. As a first-time mum, it was reassuring to find a place that feels like a nurturing, family-oriented environment. I express my gratitude to Lauren, Aleah and all the other staff who work with Maggie in JK1. Her growth this year has been so nice to see. She’s wanting to carry her bag in independently and is generally happy to have a cuddle with any educator on transition in the morning, even started waving or saying goodbye to me which, although made me cry with pride, is a huge step for her. I’ve really appreciated the welcoming vibe the educators are providing on drop off and pick up, with the simple acknowledgment of arrival whether it’s saying good morning or hello. It is this environment that had me loving your centre when Maggie started in Nursery so I’m very happy to see this flowing through the centre as she progresses
