We can’t be more thankful to Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre. Jossie, Simona, Sheela, Laura, Jenny, Ms. Ya and the rest of the team have created such a caring, supportive, and welcoming environment for our daughter. Our daughter was born overseas, and we moved back to Sydney when she was 3.5 years old. The team helped her transition smoothly into a new environment with patience, kindness, and great care, while also preparing her for big school. At one stage, her dad had to leave the country for several weeks. During that period, the team showed a tremendous amount of care and support to our daughter, while sending regular updates, photos, and reassurance to his phone from thousands of miles away. It meant so much to our family and gave us great comfort. After one year, she has grown into a very happy and confident child. We are truly grateful for everything they have done for her.

I would like to extend a massive thank you to the entire Teddy Bear Railway Parade Team, for their impeccable support during my child's developmental milestones. He started at 7 months and is now 2 years old. Josie is very approachable and always has a can-do attitude when time permits and infacts shes always ready to welcome us and listen whole heartedly. Ms. Josie, I wanted to take a moment to truly thank you for all your support this past year. When we first moved to Hurstville, it was a big adjustment for everyone, and particularly tough for Saee. It took her quite a while to feel comfortable at Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre. In those challenging days, you were an absolute angel to us. Finding a preschool spot felt impossible, with every place we called having long waiting lists. You truly were a lifesaver, Ms. Josie. Even though there wasn't a ready spot for Saee, you went above and beyond to make one for her. You are such a lovely and kind person. Saee loves you ❤️, she missed you a lot.

This centre relly helped my family a lot! My first born started on Dec 2021, the admission , the process all went smoothly. the staff, educators and the director - Josie - all accommodating and kind. They have given me the impressions that Id like to see in order for me to trust and have faith in them with respect to taking care of my son. Every day, I can see my son’s improvement. He was so shy before and after engaging with the centre, he became so friendly and even sporty. We also enrolled our second born to the centre and Josie helped us a lot with the flexibility of schedules. She managed to arrange the admission even in a short notice of which, we felt relieved. If given a chance of having a third baby, Id be happy to enroll in this centre again. They are not only just a staff or educators, they are a Family. thank you xoxo

My daughter came here for the last year and a half and she loved it so much! She loved it enough that when I drop her off she runs off without even saying bye! Director Josie and the team are so caring and helpful and it’s a special place that and we are so happy we chose this service!

My son had a great 3 years with Teddy Bear, starting from 2 years old. Excellent teachers and director. We are very happy with the place, food and activities. Josie, the director of the centre, is a lovely lady and has positive impact on my son. I truly admire and appreciate everyone at Teddy Bear and we couldn’t be any more grateful.

It is a lovely centre. Josie was very supportive and kind. My son had a good time there. So sad to leave as we moved to a different suburb. Would highly recommend it.
