We have had overwhelmingly positive experiences in the nearly six months we have had our young'un at Treasured Tots. Our son took to his placement here with enthusiasm, and remains always excited to go to 'playcare'. The day-to-day staff he has been with - led by the room leaders CH and HB (i'd be here all day listing staff so will keep it to the room leaders) are kind, pleasant to talk to, patient with me and my questions as a parent, and generous with their attention to and care for my boy. I feel like they love having him with them almost as much as I love having him at home. The centre leadership is a welcoming face at the front, which gives a top-to-bottom reinforcement of the care everyone has for my son. They have shown care and compassion for us as people, not just as 'customers' of theirs. I don't know how much is common to the industry vs unique to the centre - but the photos we get through the app are both an adorable insight to what they get up to, while being respectful of the privacy of my son in pictures visible to other parents (and vice versa in the pictures where I can see other parents' kids). The reports we get on significant milestones bring smiles of pride while giving us practical ideas to how we can support his development at home and they help bring a united, consistent approach to teaching him skills and hit key goals. In short, they feel like they genuinely care, not just because we pay them to provide care.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Treasure Tots Day Care with our toddler, and we were truly impressed by the exceptional standard of care and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Kylie made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to clearly guide us through the registration process, ensuring we felt informed and at ease. Skye was equally attentive and supportive, contributing to a very positive and reassuring experience. What stood out most was the warm, nurturing environment created for the children. Our toddler felt comfortable almost immediately, which speaks volumes about the dedication and compassion of the staff. A special acknowledgement goes to Hannah for her outstanding professionalism and genuine care for the children. Her passion and commitment are clearly evident and deeply appreciated. We would also like to thank Carmen and Abbey for their kindness, support, and willingness to assist at all times. To the entire team , whether mentioned by name or not , thank you for the incredible work you do each day. The staff at treasured tots is the best ! I am so grateful for the care they show my boys and support they give our family. We have moved and though treasured tots posts waters may not be the most convenient anymore I would never change centres !

Treasured Tots Piara Waters, has been a home away from home for all 3 of my children. My youngest was only 5 months old when he started. 2026 will be his final year with Treasured Tots but they are all I recommend when friends ask me. The staff go beyond expectations to give all the children the most top quality care that you can. This should be your next centre too

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Treasured Tots Piara Waters. Our daughter has been attending since she was just 5.5 months old, and the love, care, and support she has received has been incredible. The educators are nurturing, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make the children feel safe, happy, and engaged. It has been amazing to watch her grow, learn, and develop new skills in such a positive environment. The communication with parents is excellent, and it’s so reassuring to know she is well cared for every single day. We are so grateful to the entire team for playing such a special role in her early years! Highly recommend Treasured Tots to any family looking for a caring and supportive place for their little ones.
