The staff go to so much effort and I've seen it be consistent for years. They're kind and caring, the food's delicious and they just go the extra mile to keep you as parent undated. This center is so good, my daughter she’s study here for almost 1year now, she was know nothing, and her English language was poor at the beginning, and now she is so confident and happy to speak with her friends in the school. The teachers in bight star academy their so good and nice. We have had 3 very happy children here ! The baby room, toddler room and preschool room are all amazing. Top level educators who really know and care for the kids. The administration staff are the best I’ve ever seen..friendly, so organised and communicate so clearly with families. Our family is so happy here! And you know it’s a fun, safe and special place when a lot of the educators have their own little children attend the centre.

Our little boy attended Bright Start Kidz since he turned 1 and I could not fault this centre at all, they are absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond for our son, they were so encouraging with him and helped him grow in so many ways. I felt so comfortable leaving him with all the staff members, even my son speaks about them daily still! We could not be more thankful and i couldn't recommend bright start kidz enough!

Amazing, friendly, warm and caring. Everyday when we leave our children at Bright Start Kidz, we know they are going to have the best day. Packed with loads of fun activities, the educator's really go above and beyond to create magic for each individual child. The management team are super helpful, nothing is ever a problem. Communication is next level. We love seeing photos and posts during the day of what the kids are up to. Thanks team, we really do appreciate everything you guys do.

My toddler has been with this centre for almost a year now and he is happy everyday, and so are we, the parents. Aimee, Amanda and Management are always so helpful, friendly and very approachable. They go out of their way to help with you with whatever queries you may have!
The educators in the 0-2 room where he currently is are so lovely and treat the children like their own. I have noticed a very low staff turnover during our time here and that says a lot about a childcare service.

Problem since day one. Was told my daughter doesn’t listen to instruction, clothes missing and she takes other kids stuff. Doesn’t get involved with group activities. She was 2 and a few months. Been to daycare for a couple of months as a baby. Been at home since as I couldn’t work. Totally new experience for her.
After addressing these concerns and letting her settle she got on great. Owner Mairi gossiped to my partner as to whether my daughter had learning difficulties. Daughter was left in the toilets and got absolutely drenched playing with taps.
Challenged the centre as to how this happened. Told I’m aggressive and intimidating for raising my concerns
Everything settled down after the first few weeks and my daughter was doing great.
Not known to me to re-enroll her needs to be done 6 months minimum in advance to get the same time….they told my partner this at the time they were renewing 6 months prior of the new year. Hassled her to get her placement sorted for her kids….no mention to me or her about my daughter Untill a month before renewal finalisation and the spaces are all taken.
But can chat about her potentially having learning difficulties..go figure
They told me I’d seen the post on a post on their app. (There’s 10 posts a day on the app) I must have scrolled passed it. No mention to me till an email from then assistant manager as mentioned before. The time of finalisation for 2024
Report now filed with the appropriate governing body for systematically losing my daughter’s place at daycare. Being extremely unprofessional. Calling me threatening. Withheld deposit with different stories as to why from management. But it was released the day before her placed was actually cancelled. Educators are great. Management are so so poor and terrible to deal with if you have an issue. If your kid isn’t cookie cutter. Does everything there meant to at there milestones….they don’t want you there. Then play innocent and they don’t do anything wrong. Extremely poor service delivered with an innocent smile painted on. Avoid avoid avoid
