From day one, the warm, family-like atmosphere made us feel completely at ease. The educators are incredibly dedicated, patient, and genuinely loving—they go above and beyond every single day.My childs vocabulary has increased tremendously.I am schocked at times when i hear all new words and sentences coming from a 2.7yrs old child...excellent teaching ...no other words i hv to decribe.<br>The centre is always spotlessly clean, safe, and features a fantastic outdoor play area. We’ve seen an amazing boost in our child’s confidence and social skills thanks to their brilliant school-readiness and play-based learning programs. Dropping our child off at a place they truly love attending is the best feeling. Highly recommended

It is more important for kids to like the day care. On very first day when we visited the care we have got an overwhelming welcome by the Ms Leanne and my 2.6 year old kid was happy and he started playing with ms leanne on the first day. Even as a parent we felt very positive visiting the care. And gradually my kid started enjoying the care although he cry when he leave home but he gets settled very quickly there by the amazing staffs like Ms Barnali and Ms Lyn.As of today its been close to 3 month i have seen the progress in my kid. He learn new words and rhymes and he sing at home and say in school madam has taught me. From the food perspective also as a parent we feel my kid finishes the lunch and he is nt much hungry when he come back home. We are fortunate to find this care for my kid.

We found Binlong Cottage at a time when we were quite worried about having to move our daughter to a new school, as her previous centre was closing down. From our very first induction session with Ms. Leanne, we were made to feel so welcome and reassured. All the staff were so kind, caring and accommodating, which really helped us feel that we were making the right choice for our daughter.<br><br>We were also very lucky to have some of her friends and her favourite teachers, Ms. Barnali and Ms. Sonu, move across with her. This made such a big difference during the transition. To our happiness, she settled in within a week and quickly developed a lovely bond with her class teacher, Ms. Lynn.<br><br>It makes us so happy to see her excited to go to school, dress up for the different theme days, and talk about playing with her friends. We’re also really happy with how our niece is doing at the centre.<br><br>We’re genuinely grateful to everyone at Binlong Cottage for making what could have been a difficult change such a positive experience for our family. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that our children are happy, cared for and enjoying their time at school. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do — we’re so glad we found Binlong Cottage! ❤️

We've had Ayush at Binnalong Cottage, since before he turned one, and it's been wonderful from day one. The moment we visited, we instantly loved the warm, family vibes of the centre. The carers are so much more than just workers — they genuinely care for the children, and the relationship they've built with Ayush over the years has been beautiful to watch. My husband and I are exceptionally happy with this centre. Many of the staff have been there for a long time, and you can really feel it in the genuine love and care they pour into each day. Couldn't recommend Binnalong Cottage more highly!

We are very happy with our experience at Binalong Cottage. The educators are caring, friendly and supportive, and it has been lovely to see our daughter becoming more confident, socialising and enjoying her time at the centre. Although my 2-year-old daughter was with Binalong Cottage for only a short time, we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, due to our relocation, we had to cancel her enrolment, but during her time there she genuinely enjoyed going to daycare each day.<br><br>As a parent, the things that matter most to me—clean and well-maintained facilities, a lovely outdoor play area, and caring, dedicated educators—were all present at Binalong Cottage. It gave us confidence that our daughter was in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.<br><br>A special thank you to Ms. Leanne for her kindness and understanding throughout our time there. She was incredibly supportive when our circumstances changed and always communicated with such warmth and compassion. She has a gentle, calming manner and always chooses her words thoughtfully, which made every interaction a pleasure.<br><br>We’re grateful for the care and support our family received and wish the entire Binalong Cottage team all the very best. Lovely family owned daycare where my child is thriving so far.

Choosing Binalong Cottage for our child has honestly been one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. It truly felt God-sent at the perfect time. Our little one is a very clingy “Velcro” child, so naturally I was anxious about how he would cope in a childcare environment. I prepared myself for a difficult transition.. but to our surprise, he settled in beautifully within just a week. That alone says so much about the kind of environment the team has created. There’s something very special about Binalong Cottage. The warmth, patience, and genuine care from the educators make it feel less like a childcare centre and more like an extension of family. The children are not just looked after.. they are truly seen, nurtured, and cared for. What made me smile even more was when my eldest came along for pick-up and said, “Mum, you should have enrolled me here before.” As a parent, that speaks volumes. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Leanne for leading such a beautiful team and culture. To Ms. Kat, Ms. Erina, Ms. Lyn, Ms. Gurdeep, Ms. Sam , and the rest of the educators.. Thank you for the love, comfort, and safe space you give the children every single day. We are incredibly grateful for all that you do.

As a first-time mum, I was extremely nervous about sending my daughter to daycare at just 1 year and 1 month old. I truly thought she would struggle to adapt, so it has been such a pleasant surprise to see how happy and comfortable she is. My daughter genuinely enjoys going to daycare every day—she goes happily in the morning and comes back just as happy. This speaks volumes about the caring and nurturing environment created by the team. A special thank you to Ms Kat, who is incredibly caring and always shows so much love and warmth towards my daughter. I would also like to appreciate the owner, Leanne, who is such a wonderful and kind person. Within just a month, I’ve seen remarkable progress in my daughter’s development. She has transitioned from only eating pureed food to confidently eating solids on her own. Her communication has improved beautifully, and she is learning new words and skills every day. It’s amazing to see how much she has grown in such a short time. I also really appreciate how the educators keep me updated regularly on her progress—it gives me so much reassurance and peace of mind. Most importantly, my daughter is genuinely happy, and that means everything to me. This would not have been possible without the incredible support and dedication from Ms Kat, Ms Erina, Ms Lyn, Ms Sam, Ms Heena, Ms Gurdeep, Ms Prabha, and Leanne. Thank you all for creating such a positive, loving, and supportive environment for the children.
