We truly love GS pendle hill, from the lovely director Lee-Ann to the beautiful educators that are caring, friendly and knowledgeable, they really get to know each child and build such lovely, genuine relationships with them. Every day, they create fun and meaningful learning experiences that help our child grow and feel confident. The chef always prepares beautiful, healthy meals & is more than happy to cater to the children’s needs, it also gives us such peace of mind knowing the centre takes the children’s safety and wellbeing seriously. We feel so lucky to have a place where our child is happy, supported, and thriving 🩷

Both my children started their childcare experiences at other centres. Moving to Goodstart Pendle Hill has been a welcome change. The setting may not be as new and flash as some other centres, but this can't be replaced by the staffing team. The level of care and knowledge they have for each child cannot be faulted. Staff aren't afraid to have difficult conversations - they do it in a way that's respectful and constructive. For our family, the team have been a second home to my children. As full-time working parents it's such a comfort to know that the team at Goodstart Pendle Hill will care for your children as much as you do.

Both my children; one who is now almost 8 and younger one who is almost 5 have had wonderful chapter at Goodstart Pendle Hill starting when they were barely 2. The centre has always been up to the highest standards in regards to hygiene and safety which was I was looking for the first time I had to find a place for my son. They have been accommodating and generous to my children. The carers are very caring and knowledgeable starting from Vasi, Ellen, Theresa, Jasmine to new educator Miss Veena. They have been there from the beginning. Lee-Ann always kept us up to date and now Miss Fiona has taken over and bringing wonderful changes to the centre. My kids definitely miss them all and so do I. Thank you Good start 😊

My family have been apart of this centre for the past 6 years with several kids attending, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are amazing with the kids and very approachable. I receive daily stories about their day online and have a quick chat every afternoon about how my child’s day was. Above all, my kids love it here and are very happy to attend.

My child is here for a year now.We had to change the centre for following reasons.Absolutely pathetic responses and behavior by the director. My child was stressed due to the choice of her words on potty training. Due to absence of staffs they try to send your child back home often giving lame reasons coughed once, scratching head without checking if the child is really infected. The director says my child has an "attitude", which we as parents wonder if a 2-3 year old knows what it means and it is not appropriate to use. In short not worth the money +added stress for child and Parent = PH Good start.

Not that great while the teacher might be friendly , the set up is not , i dont like how the children sleep on the floor they dont even have toddlers beds or a seperate room its they all just in the corner in the play area

This is the right place for your kids to start up . Amazing teachers and good learning for Kids (I would personally name Jasmine) who has brought drastic change in my son. He has learnt a lot in terms of education, manners and various behavorial skills. Best decision ever made for my son. Team Goodstart Pendle hill is doing great job. Thanks Ladies :) You deserve 5 Start for sure .
