We removed our children from this centre after learning about an alarming amount of incidents that were never advised to parents.

Dirty and staff were rude

The staff are amazing, so friendly, caring and genuinely engaged with the children. The excursions and incursions are designed for children's engagement and learning.

My child was seriously injured while attending this centre, and the way the situation has been handled since has been extremely concerning. There are ongoing legal proceedings, and a formal investigation by the Department of Education is about to commence. I have serious concerns about transparency, particularly that CCTV footage relevant to the incident has not been provided to us. This has only added to the distress of an already serious situation and raises significant questions about accountability. More broadly, I found the level of staff experience—especially in responding to medical emergencies—to be inadequate. I also have concerns regarding compliance with regulatory standards and overall duty of care. In addition to the injury incident, my children experienced multiple health issues while attending, including suspected food-related illness and persistent nappy rash, which raises further concerns about hygiene and care practices. If the safety and wellbeing of your children is a priority, I would strongly recommend carefully considering your options before enrolling here.

My son just turned 3 and has been attending since he was 6 months. From the moment I first visited the centre I knew that was where I wanted my son to attend I find the centre extremely clean and they have been fantastic in assisting me with toilet training. My son adores his educators and is always talking about them. I love how the educators keep me informed on his progress and give us parents an opportunity to provide feedback to the centre and participate in events. I feel 100% confident in his care the daily photos seem to show an engaging and fun environment for him. My family live interstate and they always comment on the activities i show them he has done. ‘They also comment on the variety of food that is on offer and I think that is why my son is such a good eater as he has been exposed to a variety of food from such a young age, it certainly isn’t from my cooking. I like that the educators have stayed the same which is a big plus for me to have consistency. They have always been friendly and approachable for me. I like the centre is small I really feel that works for my family , he always seems to be stimulated with a variety of activities. I like the fact that the big and little kids all eat together my son doesn’t have cousins his age so it gives him an opportunity to observe and interact with other kids. I highly recommend a tour
