My daughter Ava started here when she was just three months old. At first, due to limited availability, we enrolled at another centre. But after having the chance to compare both, I truly realised how dedicated and caring the educators at Cuddly Bear are. Over time, we received flyers from newer, larger centres in the area and even trialled another one for a week—attending both centres for a few days. But it became clear that no place made Ava feel as comfortable and well cared for as Cuddly Bear. Since attending, Ava has never had nappy rash, which speaks volumes about the attention and care the educators provide. The environment is small, warm, and personal—something I really value. The educators are attentive, kind, and genuinely engaged with the children. Even with bigger centres opening nearby, I’ve chosen to stay with Cuddly Bear because I know my daughter is not just safe, but also happy and loved. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a nurturing and responsible early learning environment.

Since our son started Pre-Kinder at Cuddly Bear we have noticed a marvellous improvement in his development. His eyes light up when we pack his bag and tell him he is going to Kindergarten. He is so excited to see his peers and educators, as well participate in musical, crafts and sporting tasks. It is very pleasing to see children of mixed abilities encouraged and included in various activities, which gives them a sense of belonging and fulfilment.

Amazing childcare centre! The staff is incredibly nurturing, attentive, and skilled at creating a stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I have had all 3 of my boys attended this childcare centre, my youngest will be finishing in a few weeks, and i can not recommend them highly enough. The support they have provided my boys especially my middle one, who has ADHD and on the spectrum the understand and compassion they have provided along with the willingness to work with his OT and speech pathologist i am soo thankful. Its an amazing centre, you will not be disappointed and your kids will LOVE it.

Westerfolds has been working with Cuddly Bear for many years! The cross over of swimming lessons during day care is a wonderful addition to their program! The staff at CB know their kids so well and are always looking after their needs.
