After being recommended by another family, we moved to cuddlybear 5 years ago , leaving a large corporate-run centre in the area, and it was the best decision for our family. The educators have been there for many years and seeing the same caring faces year after year has been amazing for our children. The large outdoor yard is beautiful, and the swimming lessons during the Kindergarten program have helped us so much, especially with busy weekends full of basketball. A big thank you to all the educators for helping all three of my children have fun each day and grow with confidence in such a warm and caring centre. We will be so sad to say goodbye at the end of the year when our youngest graduates to school. Our family recommends cuddly bear to any family starting their childcare journey or wanting a more personal centre as they are family-owned owned.

When she first joined Cuddly Bear at just two years old, she was a little one filled with anxiety, clinging to us with tears and fear of the unknown. It was a difficult transition for all of us. Yet, with immense patience, warmth, and understanding, all the teachers gently welcomed her into Cuddly Bear. They held her hand through those first tough days, offering comfort and a safe space for her to explore. Now, as she stands ready for "big school," we are simply amazed. The nervous toddler has blossomed into a bright, joyful, and assured little girl. She skips through doors each morning, eager for the day's adventures, and chatters endlessly about her beloved teachers and friends. Through guidance provided by all the teachers, she has grown not just in knowledge, but in heart—developing a spirit of resilience, a kindness toward others, a spark of creativity, and, above all, a true love for learning. My daughter Ava started here when she was just three months old. At first, due to limited availability, we enrolled at another centre. But after having the chance to compare both, I truly realised how dedicated and caring the educators at Cuddly Bear are. Over time, we received flyers from newer, larger centres in the area and even trialled another one for a week—attending both centres for a few days. But it became clear that no place made Ava feel as comfortable and well cared for as Cuddly Bear. Since attending, Ava has never had nappy rash, which speaks volumes about the attention and care the educators provide. The environment is small, warm, and personal—something I really value. The educators are attentive, kind, and genuinely engaged with the children. Even with bigger centres opening nearby, I’ve chosen to stay with Cuddly Bear because I know my daughter is not just safe, but also happy and loved. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a nurturing and responsible early learning environment.

Since our son started Pre-Kinder at Cuddly Bear we have noticed a marvellous improvement in his development. His eyes light up when we pack his bag and tell him he is going to Kindergarten. He is so excited to see his peers and educators, as well participate in musical, crafts and sporting tasks. It is very pleasing to see children of mixed abilities encouraged and included in various activities, which gives them a sense of belonging and fulfilment.
