Initially I was hesitant about putting my daughter into any care at all but this little centre completely changed my mind and I watched my daughter thrive and grow here. Attentive staff make the centre feel like a second home for your child and the educators are amazing, they really pay attention to the small details and took the time to notice what my daughter liked. I am so grateful for this centre and the role it played in my daughter’s development and supporting our family through a difficult time. If you are looking for a place with dedicated staff who will genuinely get to know your child and not treat them or your family like a number, then this is the place.

Joyce Avenue is fantastic. My daughter has been attending the centre for nearly three years and she is absolutely thriving- through both the educational program and from the genuine warmth and care of the educators and management. This wrap-around support extends to the families as well- I have experienced such care and compassion over our time with Joyce from all the staff, especially when I have been going some tough times, but even just every day the warmth and smiles with which I am greeted when I walk through the door, from Lisa the Manager and all the staff and educators. The professionalism and empathy extended is outstanding. I am moving to the country soon and I am really sad to be leaving Joyce, as I know how valuable it is to find a Centre of this stature, which I do not take for granted. My daughter bounces awake with joy each morning as she discusses what she is going to do at childcare for the day!

In 2018 I would give this centre 5 stars plus more , my daughter/s have attended since then , but am pulling them out educators are wonderful , but with the high loss of staff in last yr and my concerns with management I would look at other centres in the area . The centre no longer has the family friendly vibe that once was Joyce Avenue. I hope that they can rectify the problem to bring back a wonderful centre , but higher management within bayule didn't seem to care with issues I raised . And was also lied to over incidents saying I was first . When I know a few families with problems at centre .

Great child care facilities, friendly staff, my son loves it there. Hard to get into because it is so good.

My son has been attending Joyce Ave children s center 2 days a week for approximately 18 months. The staff at Joyce Ave are brilliant, they are always friendly, accommodating and professional not only with my son but with all the children within the center. They have a genuine interest in the children's education, behavior and over all well being. The center is warm, inviting and family orientated, the meals are always cooked fresh on the premises by the wonderful, qualified chef Lesley. I leave my son in their care with complete confidence that he is well looked after and always feel welcomed and respected when i return to pick him up. My son is happy to be there and has developed many new social skills as well as reached many milestones with their assistance.
