I’ve been searching for a nurturing Early Learning Centre (ELC) near home for a long time - one where the educators are not just qualified, but truly responsible and loving. I feel so fortunate to have discovered 【Little Shakies】. Fresh Start & Great Vision: The centre came under new ownership around December 2025. After a quick tour and a chat with the manager, I was immediately impressed by their educational philosophy and their sheer determination to create a top-tier learning environment. They were currently in the middle of exciting upgrades to their facilities, which shows their commitment to providing the best for the children. Personalized Learning: My child started here in Term 1 this year (January 2026), and the experience has been exceptional. The teachers are incredibly warm and take the time to understand each child's unique personality. They’ve tailored a learning plan specifically for my child, which has made a world of difference. Incredible Progress: The most heartwarming change is my child’s happiness. He come home every day full of joy. Moreover, my child has made significant leaps in language development—moving from barely speaking English to now being confident and eager to express themselves in English. If you are looking for a place that combines professional pedagogy with a home-like warmth, I cannot recommend this centre enough!

After my son was overwhelmed & overlooked at another nearby kinder, I did 10 different tours of local Kinders in Mount Waverley. This kinder blew me away. From the first moment my son & I stepped into Little Sharkies, we felt welcomed & at home. Felicity, the centre manager & Pooja, the kinder teacher have gone above & beyond to ensure my son feels safe & happy from his first day. Each child has an individual learning plan (my son's was created within 2 days of attending) that is full of their interests & growth opportunities. He comes home everyday happy & full of stories about the trampoline, the swings, cars, bubbles, doing puzzles, dancing & music, writing & reading. This kinder truly works hard to ensure that my son is learning through things he loves & engaging him in a wide range of activities. He even says he wants to go to his teachers house on the weekend to play with them because he 'misses them and they are so fun.' Thank you Jason, the owner, Felicity, Pooja, Crystal, Komal, Jacqueline & all the staff at Little Sharkies. You have calmed a very nervous mum & created a second home for my son. I cannot recommend this kinder enough.

Lovely place, good staff

Our son has attended Greenland for 3 years and we really appreciate how kind and considerate the educators are. There is a big emphasis on respecting and celebrating all cultures and special days, including Mother's and Father's Day, and the kinder room educators are very attentive in balancing learning and playing.

If you want your child to be culturally enriched, Greenland is the place to be. My Lil one loves going there. The teachers and staff are all very friendly, accommodating and caring. Their kinder programme is awesome and Miss Claudia is by far the best kinder teacher.

My daughter loves going to Greenlands. The educators are so nice and friendly and treat everyone with warmth and kindness. I am so happy leaving her there to play to learn.
