Our family has had such a great experience at Mosman OAC. Our son started in the nursery. We loved the large yard with lots of natural sunlight and beautiful trees. The educators were nurturing, understanding and great communicators. He has since progressed to the toddler room and is so stimulated by the variety of activities and excursions. We have seen such a big shift in his development. Overall a lovely environment, strong community, warm educators and helpful management team.

We have been part of this wonderful daycare for almost two years now, with our first child, and our second has just started. It really feels like we are part of a little community rather than just a daycare. It’s a small centre, which we absolutely love. Everyone knows everyone, and the educators are incredibly kind, warm and caring. They genuinely know the children as individuals, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing that our kids are spending their days with people who really care about them. The outdoor area is quite small, but we honestly don’t see this as a disadvantage. The educators do such an amazing job of creating fun, creative and engaging experiences for the children. There is always something going on, and our child comes home having had a day full of activities, play and new experiences. After almost two years, we have built so much trust in the team, and seeing our second child now start there feels really special. We feel very lucky to have found such a warm and caring place for both of our children. We would wholeheartedly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing, close-knit daycare.

Lovely place, the staff are so kind and helpful. My daughter comes home everyday all bubbly and joyful telling me about all the things she's done. My daughter thrives there, her learning is improving rapidly each day. The manager Alice is a delight, aswell as her youngest daughter who my daughter says cares SO WELL for the children. I recommend this place very much!

We’re truly grateful to all the educators and staff at Mosman Early Learning Centre. Our child has settled in so well — from the early days of tears and separation anxiety to now looking forward to each day with excitement.<br><br>She loves spending time with her little friends and often asks for cuddles from her educators — a clear sign that she feels safe, loved, and well cared for.<br><br>The centre offers a rich variety of activities that spark curiosity and growth. The educators thoughtfully guide the children through play, helping them explore nature, art, and culture in meaningful ways.<br><br>When I ask my daughter if she loves her centre, she gives me the most genuine, heartwarming smile — and I know she truly does.

Mosman ELC was wonderful. Alice and the carers made this like a home away from home for our son. He was there from 12 months until pre-school and he always felt welcome.<br>The ELC team were very warm and welcoming and really cared for the children. Our son briefly went to another daycare (larger franchise closer to our work) before COVID and we could tell the difference immediately - ELC was much friendlier and felt more like members of a family.<br>Alice is also very flexible and willing to accommodate family holidays / absences etc with minimum fuss.<br>Thank you to all the carers including Vendana, Carolina, Sandra, Rachel, Pritha and Ishu for taking care of Jacob!<br>We would not hesitate to send any of our kids to Mosman ELC.

Our son attended this ELC from April 2021 up until we moved in Aug 2022<br>This centre was absolutely wonderful. Warm, welcoming and intriguing children with themes to learn about. We still remember this centre fondly and unfortunately have not been able to find any CC in our new local area (Hills) as wonderful as this centre.<br>Special shout out to educators Cintia, Char, Ishu and the departed Marcela and Carolina.

I love Mosman ELC! Such a warm and home like centre - 2 of my 3 children have attended here and we have loved every minute of it. Alice and the educators are so dedicated and supportive. I know that every one there cherishes my children, and shares the same love and care for my children - we celebrate their achievements together! Brilliant partnerships with families, always willing to talk and build bridges between home life and time at the centre. A true hidden gem in Mosman!

The staff and management of Mosman Early Learning Centre are extremely hard-working, caring, dedicated and professional in what they do. They provide a wonderful childcare service and take great pride in all aspects of the business. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any parent seeking childcare.
