We absolutely love Journey Alphington. The educators are fantastic and always communicate very well with us. I would 100% recommend to other parents.

We attend journey at Alphington, it's a well managed center where the staff deeply care about the children.

So you have just bought a new baby into the world and before you know it you are needing to make a decision on who you trust with their care in a child care setting? Journey Alphington is an easy choice. As soon as we started at Journey I really felt that I was part of a community or family. Bhavna and all the team do a brilliant job caring for the children. Our daughter always came home chatty and happy. I am not sure what the secret is, but keep it up team!

Good management and staff, dedicated training. Positive working environment.

My child is in the kinder room and I have been impressed with the educators and support staff who have helped with the programming. We are very lucky to have qualified staff with such a passion for teaching

Educators are lovely. The centre feels warm/ cosy and acommodating. Only thing I can think of requires improvement is the staff turnover rate.

We have had the best experience with Journey early learning Alphington. Our three kids attend (we have experienced all rooms!) and love it. The educators are very experienced, friendly and wonderful with the kids. The management team are also lovely, very family oriented and great with communications. We love the fact that our younger 2 can play with our older child in the outdoor play area, but have separate learning in their respective rooms. Would highly recommend Journey to anyone lucky enough to get a spot!

We moved our son to Journey after a difficult situation with another local centre and have been consistently blown away by the level of care provided. Sending your child to childcare can be a bit of a daunting time, but seeing how happy our son is when we pick him up each day removes any stress for us. We’re blown away every week by the new things he’s learning which we know is a direct result of the effort put in by those running his room. The staff are absolutely second to none - they go above in beyond in the genuine care and interest they show for each and every child. They make every family feel so important, and like a part of a small community. Communication from centre management is flawless - and they have been so accomodating for our family. I highly recommend this centre for all parents, and congratulate Journey on the environment they’ve created for us all. We are extremely grateful.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided at Alphington early journey learning. My daughter has been there since January of this year - and I have seen her thrive and grow in the toddler room. The educators are absolutely lovely, caring and listen to any feedback I may have - and always informing, involving and updating my husband and I on the progress of our little one. They are prompt with stories/photo updates of the toddler's day and providing individual toddler highlights of how your child is progressing throughout the month that is connected to their goal setting. Management is also fantastic. Bhavna goes above and beyond, always keeping us informed on what is happening i.e. new educators, events - and anything else we may need. The food is nutritionally sound and we also get to take home leftovers (the foccacia bread is homemade and so yummy!). If you do have the opportunity to send your child to early journey learning in Alphington I wouldn't give it a second thought.

Our son goes to Journey Alphington and both he and we could not be happier with the experience. The Centre is managed very well, the carers are fantastic and really importantly, they create a positive and calm environment for the children. The consistency of care is also great - the same carers are always there! No hesitation in recommending the Centre!
