We experienced a couple of different childcare centres before finding St Ives Chase Kindergarten and since then both our older and younger children have attended this centre. Our older child is now at school, and our younger one is still there. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care they have received. A heartfelt thank you to the director Tina, and all the educators for their dedication, kindness, and genuine care for the children. Since attending this childcare, we have seen huge improvements in our children’s language skills, manners, and confidence, especially through singing and everyday interactions. The encouragement to discover each child’s individual interests, along with the ongoing support to nurture those interests, has been outstanding from both the director and the educators. If we were ever to have a third child, we would have no hesitation in continuing at this centre. From the moment you enter the centre, you can immediately feel that every child is cared for with love. The nurturing and warm environment is reflected in how happy our children are each day. Knowing our kids are so well supported gives us great peace of mind, and we truly appreciate everything the team does. We would wholeheartedly recommend this childcare centre to other families.

Since our family recently moved to Australia, we had many worries about sending our kids to kindergarten, both language-wise and culturally. But in the end, both of our children have happily adapted and are truly enjoying their time here. Here are the things I love most about this kindergarten: 1. The teachers always treat the children with genuine warmth and care. (Our whole family truly love every teacher here 🤍) 2. We receive detailed and thoughtful feedback about the children’s daily activities. 3. Because it’s not a large centre, each child receives more personal attention and support during their adjustment period. 4. The centre is nature-friendly and has a wonderful playground where children can play freely. 5. The director, Tina, is always warm and professional. She’s honestly one of the most lovely people I’ve met. We’re so thankful and wanted to leave this heartfelt review. We’re so grateful for the caring, professional team at St Ives Chase Kindergarten. The educators don’t just supervise—they actively teach good manners and nurture creativity through thoughtful activities and everyday moments. The centre itself is fantastic: there’s a generous open space where children can safely run and explore, and the classrooms are always clean, tidy, and well organised. Hygiene is clearly a priority, you can see how much time and effort the staff invest in keeping everything spotless. I also personally love the brightness from the rooms, which is not very common around here for some reasons. We’ve also been impressed by how smoothly and thoughtfully events are managed. Communication is clear, details are considered, and families always feel included. It’s reassuring to know the centre consistently follows government guidelines and best practices. I have had experiences with 5 nurseries and pre-schools in three different countries over the past 5 years and St Ives Chase Kindergarten has been the best. The team brings such warmth, calm and enthusiasm to all of their activities with the children. This is a special place where I can see my child gaining in confidence, growing at his own pace and having fun.

We are very happy with St Ives Chase Kindergarten. Eight years ago, we sent our daughter here and she had a safe, joyful experience. Even though many new centres with seemingly better facilities have opened nearby since then, we still chose to send our second child here. Director Tina is highly responsible, always responsive to parents’ needs, and stands firm on the right values. The teachers are all very caring and nice; from what I’ve observed, many of them are also parents themselves, which makes them empathetic and understanding of families’ needs — something we value a lot. We strongly recommend this kindergarten.

Fabulous Preschool, staff are amazing, very nurturing and knowledgeable the program works to support children at all stages before big school. Beautiful grounds which are a rarity in Sydney now.

We cannot express enough how happy we have been with the care our child has received at St Ives Chase Kindergarten. After moving from another centre, it has been the best decision to choose this centre. Tina and her team have created such a safe and nurturing environment where the children are engaged and supported to learn and grow. The centre has a great community feel with lots of parent involvement and activities, and we have felt welcomed from the very first day. My child is always excited to go to kindy, and comes home talking about all the amazing things she has done throughout the day and how much she loves all the educators and her new kindy friends.

We're extremely grateful to the care provided to our daughter by the team at Chase Kindergarten. Moving her from her previous place of care was a big decision but has proved to work well for her and her development. The team at Chase provide an ideal structure and rhythm for the kids, that we feel sets them up well for primary school. The photos the team post on the parents app, the events they hold for kids (and parents) and the regular communications mean you are not just joining a kindergarten you are joining a community. Having checked out numerous other alternatives before choosing Chase, the yard and the play equipment are exceptional and give the kids a great amount of space to enjoy themselves

We absolutely love St Ives Chase Kindergarten! Both Isabelle and Ava have thrived there, they’re always excited to go and come home happy.
