At Edge Early Learning Tinana we provide exceptional care and education for children from 6 weeks to school age. Our centre offers the convenience of long daycare hours, ensuring flexibility for working parents, and an approved kindergarten program to prepare children for their educational journey.
One of our highlights is our natural outdoor areas, carefully designed to inspire exploration and connection with nature. Children can engage in imaginative play in sandpits, enjoy swings, relax under misting arbours, and participate in looking after our vegetable gardens. Through these experiences, children learn about sustainability and develop a sense of responsibility for caring for our homegrown produce.
At Edge Early Learning Tinana, we understand the importance of nourishing meals for growing minds and bodies. That's why our nutritious meals are included in each child's enrolment. We cater to all dietary requirements, ensuring that every child's needs are met. Our dedicated in-house chef takes pleasure in conducting cooking experiences with the children and designing a seasonal menu that utilises fresh produce. The meals we provide are not only nutritious but also loved by the children.
We take pride in being an active part of the Tinana community, establishing strong connections with local schools, businesses, and services. As a result, we offer exciting excursions for the children within the community, such as visits to the local library. These experiences enrich their learning journey and foster a sense of belonging.
For more information, feel free to speak to our Centre Director, Emma, who will be happy to assist you.

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
