My daughter used to attend to this centre for 8months and it was the hardest time for both me and my daughter. I got numerous calls from the centre to pickup my daughter with all different reasons (she has been yelling too much, she hit her head, too upset and cried for more than 20mins, brought toys from home which may cause the choking hard, wearing inappropriate shoes- sketchers shoes with lights... etc). When I picked her up I could see her screaming and crying and I thought she may take some time to adapt to the new environment but it was not. She was often rejected and not welcomed. Even one of the staff told me “why do you send her here? She cannot make friends here.” It made me really sad. Soon as she move to other centre, she was very happy and made a good friendship with her peers and educators. She gets cuddled by her educators and she became very socialised. Perfect beginners looks professional and there are lots of 5star reviews done by others but according to my experience, there is no warmth or kindness to children. Somehow the centre manager was keep asking for a google review. So here it is.

A beautiful daycare! I have just started sending my little one (8 months) and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so kind & friendly. She has made some wonderful connections with the other children. They are accommodating and flexible!

My son has been attending this childcare for more than 2 years now and we totally love how the educators ensure our child is always taken care of and he is always excited to attend his childcare each day. I must say the excursions are too good and help kids in gaining more confidence and make them more independent. Highly recommend this childcare.

Layla struggled with separation anxiety when she first began a year and a half ago but her teacher at the time, Miss Cristina, was so warm and patient that she soon fell into place within her class. Layla is now so confident and at ease. No more tears at drop-off. Every one at this centre are wonderful, from Mel and Sarah at the desk, to Brenda in the kitchen and every educator that works there. They are all caring and empathic people that feel like family. I will always recommend this place. I love their bush kindy program and that most of their activities and play are child-directed. Absolutely recommend this child care center! The staff is exceptionally friendly, fostering a safe and welcoming environment. They offer a variety of engaging activities, including bush walks and swimming lessons. My daughter not only enjoyed her time here but also gained valuable skills and knowledge. It's an excellent choice for families looking for a positive and enriching early learning experience.

Mel and the team were super accommodating facilitating our daughter into the centre temporarily while the sister centre was rennovating, and has now accommodated a gradual transition to another centre as we have just moved suburbs. Even though she was a temporary member, they were receptive, accommodating, warm and supportive as our daughter had some settling challenges. Definitely qualities of an open, caring, well run and managed centre. We’ll forever be grateful team!

we have had a positive experience at Perfect Beginnings, from the caring staff and broad range of activities to the excellent communication. * Staff and Educators * Perfect Beginnings has a strong staff base, and post-COVID, they have welcomed additional high-quality staff members. We were happy to see that our child had formed a close bond with her educators. * Facilities and Environment * Our child has been with the centre since Nursery and has progressed to Toddler and now to Pre-Kindy. We've always been pleased with how clean and tidy the classrooms are. Our child also enjoys the spacious outdoor play area. We visited a few centres before settling on Perfect Beginnings. In our opinion, it's extremely rare to find a centre with such a spacious outdoor area. * Curriculum and Activities * Perfect Beginnings offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes arts and crafts, basic maths skills, and Bush Kindy programmes. Our child especially loves the weekly Bush Kindy session. If possible, we would love to see more music and physical education incorporated into the curriculum. * Communication and Updates * The centre's use of a dedicated app to keep parents updated throughout the day is fantastic. We are always in the loop about what our child is doing and how they are faring. Communication regarding health alerts and incidents has also been adequate and timely.
