My child suffered terrible facial injuries while attending this daycare centre. The manager denied responsibility and her words to me were "we can't wrap them in cotton wool and watch them all the time." I took my child out. She was 8 months old at the time of these injuries, arriving home with a bruised head every second day. I often wonder if she was abused while attending this centre.i wrote a complaint to the centre and have never heard from the owner. Shocking!

My kids have been going to Sesame Lane Cotton Tree Drive for the past 6 years and we just love it there. Kerrie, Pam and the team are wonderful. I feel comfortable leaving my kids there as I know they will be cared for like they are their own. A lot of the staff have been there for many years which is a great testament to the culture. The facility is inviting, clean and set up to be a fun learning environment for everyone. I wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else. Well done to Kerrie, Pam and the entire team on making Sesame Lane Cotton Tree Drive a safe and fun place where I feel confident leaving my kids to be cared for.

I can not speak more highly of this service! We moved childcare 6 months ago to this beautiful centre and I am wishing we moved earlier! The staff are all beautiful, everyone says hello or goodbye, we always feel we know what is going on with our children. We feel the staff genuinely care about our girls and our family and the environment is so welcoming, clean, happy and supportive. Both daughters have learnt so much in 6 months, I am so amazed and appreciative of the educators and the huge effort I see they make with the kids! I drive a 40 min round trip to this centre with MANY centres in between and most definitely worth it! I wish we found you earlier! Thank you to ALL the staff, and Kerri and Bree. This service is a huge credit to you Kerri, you are an amazing Director!

Cottontree drive sesame lane has educators who are so welcoming . They really do provide quality care and education for children,families and educators and it really feels like home. They incorporate sign language which is so inclusive and has made me and my family begin to learn aswell. So I thank you for being an amazing role model for us .

Dedicated and trustworthy staff who acknowledge each individual child's needs while working collaboratively with parents to create a fun learning environment for all children to enjoy together. Fantastic with separation anxiety in children (and parents). Facilities have recently gone through an upgrade, kids love the ninja course and water park features.

I absolutely love the atmosphere at Sesame Lane Narangba 2. My girls love going and we know everyone there by name!

The staff are always so helpful, caring and friendly. Communication with my daughters' teachers is very important to me and I love how they take the time to tell me about her day. This morning my daughter was very upset about me leaving her. Miss Dawn heard her screams from another room and came to get her. That's above and beyond what I would have expected. I'm so grateful and very impressed. It made leaving her slightly easier!! Miss Dawn, Miss Helen, Miss Pam, Miss Amanda, Miss Kendie and Miss Kerrie are simply fantastic teachers and deserve medals for their dedication to our little people . Thank you for providing such a loving, supportive care environment.
