My son attends this service and the new director and the staff support my child. The service always looks clean and tidy. Anyone that is looking for a centre, come here.

Both my kids go there. Everyday whenever we go to pick them up the educator provides us details on their improvement. 100% satisfied

My daughter went to this centre. She loved going, she was cared for with love, attention and opportunities for her to grow. I loved the staff who are caring, welcoming and always have time to address concerns. The ambience is safe, and clean.

About Uniting Dove Cottage Early Learning Bankstown

Serving the community for more than 45 years
Since 1977, Uniting Dove Cottage Early Learning Bankstown has supported families across Bankstown and Canterbury‑Bankstown, providing high‑quality early learning and preschool education for children from birth to 5 years. Located on Darug land in the heart of Bankstown, NSW, our early learning centre offers a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where children feel secure and supported to learn.

An inclusive and culturally connected community

Many of our educators have been with Dove Cottage for many years, building strong, trusted relationships with children and families. We value the diverse cultures of the Bankstown community and are committed to creating a warm, respectful learning environment where every child feels valued, respected and included.

Supporting every stage of early development

We take a care‑based and responsive approach for babies and toddlers, supporting communication, physical development, and social and emotional wellbeing. For preschool children, our tailored learning experiences combine open‑ended play and structured activities, nurturing curiosity, confidence and independence while supporting cognitive development.

Engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments

Our stimulating indoor classrooms and natural outdoor spaces encourage creativity and exploration. Children may build sandcastles in the sandpit, plant and care for vegetables in the garden, or become budding historians during local excursions around Bankstown. Our programs help children develop the skills they need for a smooth and confident transition to school.

Take a tour of our Bankstown early learning centre, we look forward to welcoming you and your family.
