Hi Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of our centre. At Edelweiss we care greatly about all the Children in our care each day and are committed to provide a fun, safe and friendly environment to give them the best possible start in life. We have Kindyhub setup where you can login at any time of the day to see photos of your child and a daily report is sent for each child detailing their day. This includes details like amount of food eaten, nappy changes and what your child learnt and played with today. Beyond this, all of our educators are available at pick up to discuss anything at anytime. We take your feedback incredibly seriously and invite you to reach out to centre management at any time to discuss in more personal detail your experience.
