This is the fourth — and definitely the last — daycare centre I’ll ever send my kids to! After previous experiences, I finally feel like we’ve found the perfect place. The staff are absolutely amazing, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. The fresh, healthy meals prepared every day make the whole centre smell incredible at every drop-off, which says so much about the care they put into everything they do. Most importantly, my kids are thriving. They’re excelling so well and are genuinely excited to go every single day. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than completely trusting the people caring for your children, and I’m so grateful we found this amazing centre. Thank you ladies, you are amazing!

There were multiple biting incidents at this childcare centre involving my child. As a result, my baby has developed a fear of childcare. Even months later, she still talks about being bitten and is scared to go to childcare. It has had a lasting negative impact on her.

This is not just one of the best childcares I have seen; in fact, it is absolutely the best. The owner, the chef, the director, and all the educators are truly amazing because they are exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of care they provide. They treat every child like family, and furthermore, they make the parents feel the same way. Moreover, this warm, loving place genuinely feels like home. They are also very honest and transparent about every single detail that happens with the children.

My Wife and I believe that this is one of the best centres when it comes to the educators and how they generally care for all children. Our Daughter doesn't like to be handled by other people even after knowing them for a while, but after her first day she will calmly go to them and enjoy her day.

I couldn’t be happier with Bright Early Education & Care! The educators are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to each child’s development. The centre is always clean, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of engaging activities and outdoor play. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel confident knowing my child is in such good hands. Highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment.

Like a second home to our little one. When he started he was shy quiet and behind in his speech. Bright Elc and the team including Laura are amazing my little one is coming leaps and bounds now thanks guys!!

Bright ELC Riverwood is a fantastic daycare, i cant speak highly enough of the quality of care my children receive. The educators and staff are amazing at what they do, you truly feel they care and are very supportive. The most important thing to me is the culture and care and Bright excels in this. They are also genuinely good people and you feel you are part of a community. The centre has had a fantastic recent refresh and the facilities are great. You will find it is strong in communication with regular updates on activities, new initiatives and development updates on your children. I have the reassurance that both my sons and my daughter (to join next year) are in the capable and caring hands of those at Bright ELC Riverwood.

The team at Bright are amazing! I always get updates on my child, and they are always ready to answer any questions I have. My daughter has grown really comfortable with her early education teachers and everyone there is super professional. Highly recommended.
