We absolutely love this daycare. It genuinely feels like the kind of place we grew up with — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The educators are fantastic — always engaged, attentive, and truly involved with the children. It’s so reassuring to see how much they care and how present they are throughout the day. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, with plenty for the kids to explore and enjoy. It really encourages play, creativity, and fresh air, which we value so much. Overall, it has such a lovely, nurturing feel, and we couldn’t be happier with the environment our children are in.

I am so impressed by Kids and Co Educational Academy. The staff are always warm, welcoming and friendly. It is a fantastic educational environment with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to play, learn and grow. Centre director Tamara is always there to support families and oversee the smooth operation of the centre and all the teachers build great relationships with the children. The teachers always ensure the children are supported for a smooth transition at drop off and pick up times, and when transitioning through lessons and spaces for the day. The fantastic meals are cooked on site and provided to the children each day, as well as nappies and wipes and other necessary supplies. The daily fee is very reasonable for the wonderful services they provide. Being open from 6:30am to 6:30pm it provides great flexibility for families and is within a short walk to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, as well as schools in the nearby area. The free parking on site and easy sign in/ out system makes drop off and pick up’s a breeze. I would highly recommend Kids and Co Educational Academy.

Our son has been attending Giggletree for almost a year now and we all love it. The staff are lovely and supportive, and have helped us all feel comfortable from the very beginning. Our boy loves his educators, they’ve done a wonderful job supporting him and providing him with the comfort he needs to feel safe. They really do cater to the children’s individual needs. His social skills have come so far and his confidence is amazing to see. Communication is excellent, with detailed updates and conversation on pick ups. And there is plenty of opportunity for providing feedback and getting parents opinions on things. They recently updated the children’s food menu and incorporated some suggestions from parents which I appreciated. The centre is very clean, filled with natural light and outdoor play is integral to every day. Each room has a connecting indoor/outdoor space which we found really important. We appreciate our Giggletree village so much!

My son has been attending Giggletree for two and a half years now and I have nothing but good words to say. The staff are super friendly and approachable, always updating me on my child's day and how he is developing. My son has extra needs and this has always been at the forefront of the education they are providing him. They care about his development and tailor things to what he enjoys. My son loves going to 'school' and has truly blossomed there. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

This is a for profit centre and it is obvious: constantly understaffed, stressed out educators, a crazy amount of sickness going around, my child would often come home with a full nappy and diaper rash (the educators were obviously were doing their best, I blame the centre ownership for running a service so understaffed) please don't send your child here, after my experience all I can say is they only care about making money and not the wellbeing of your child. (this is not my real name obviously)

We used to love this daycare but in the past 6 months it has deteriorated rapidly due to poor upper management. They struggle to attract and retain good staff. For a number of months they were operating without a cook. Updates were vague and we had no idea what our child was eating each day. They would put a printed out menu on a wall but we had no idea whether our child was actually eating it. Our concerns were ignored. We moved our child to a much better daycare and there is a noticeable difference. My child is learning again something that seemed to not be happening at Giggletree due to staff shortages. I just wished we had made the switch earlier. It's not good enough to pay so much money for substandard service.
