Very disappointing experience I paid a bond deposit for my child’s enrolment at 38 Hilltop Childcare Centre. Despite multiple follow-ups, phone calls, and significant time and effort, the bond has not been refunded. Each time I contacted the centre, I was told “we will process it now” and “sorry for the inconvenience”, but no refund was ever received. After repeated unmet promises, I was left with no choice but to take the matter to NSW Fair Trading. This experience has been very disappointing. I believe families should be treated fairly, especially when it comes to refunding deposits. This has been stressful and time-consuming, and I did not expect this level of unprofessional handling of a bond refund.

The rooms are inviting, well-organised, and filled with educational experiences that foster independence, confidence, and school readiness.

Hilltop Childcare Centre is absolutely amazing. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The environment is clean, organised, and full of engaging activities. My child is excited to go every single day and comes home happy, confident, and full of stories. Highly recommend!

The centre is always clean, the environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly and caring. It’s a place where I feel confident leaving my kids, knowing they’re in good hands. I just had to share how amazing Hilltop childcare is and how grateful I am to the staff for making it a wonderful environment. My daughter attends this child care & looks forward to coming in everyday. The educators always welcome my daughter with a huge smile and ensure she is comfortable, cared for & cheerful. The Manager Safa is easy to deal with and always goes above and beyond for any concerns I have. She sat with me and took the time to explain CCS when she didn’t have to. It really made the difference My little one adores this place, and I’m truly thankful for the fantastic staff!
