I would not recommend this childcare centre based on my experience. Our main concern was the behaviour and attitude of some staff members during the time our child attended. The environment did not feel welcoming or supportive, and our child became increasingly reluctant to attend. As parents, it was very concerning to see such a negative change in our child’s attitude towards childcare. Adding to our frustration, more than two years after our child left the centre, we continue to receive weekly invoices showing a zero balance. While no payment is being requested, the ongoing administrative issue suggests poor record management and a lack of attention to basic administrative processes. A childcare service should provide both a positive experience for children and efficient administration for families. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in both areas.

I could not be more thrilled with the care my child receives! The staff are warm, welcoming, attentive to the children and provide truly exceptional care! Sean Childcare Ringwood staff have been able to accommodate a changing schedule due to work/uni commitments and I have nothing but positives so say about every single person inside of this building!

Swan childcare centre has a lovely, safe, and welcoming environment. The rooms and outdoor areas are well set up, clean, and engaging for children. There are lots of fun and educational activities that support learning and development. My daughter enjoys her time here and has become more confident and independent. We are very happy with the centre overall and would definitely .

Today I performed a magical circus show for the graduation day. The team are amazing, the facilities are very good, highly recommend.

The space is bright, clean, and full of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. The educators balance professionalism with kindness, making every child feel valued and supported. Leadership is attentive and responsive, creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids can truly thrive. I’m grateful to have found a place where both parents and children feel at home. I enrolled my child in Kinder 3 at Swan Childcare Ringwood, and since starting here, he has become more independent and organised. This centre truly cares about children’s safety, creativity, cleanliness, and nutrition. The meals are always fresh, healthy, and delicious. I visited many childcare centres before, and honestly, this was the best choice I could have made.

Swan Childcare Ringwood is simply amazing! The centre is always clean, safe, and welcoming, with kind, skilled, and dedicated educators. Managers Nilo and Ben are caring, responsible, and truly value every child. Leaving my son here feels like leaving him at my mum’s house — I know he’s safe, loved, and happy.
