From the moment we walked into Pachamama, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and reassurance, something every parent hopes for when leaving their child in someone else’s care. The environment is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up, with a balance of playful energy and calm spaces that help children feel both engaged and secure, we love the nature play areas and the sense of nature the environment provides. What truly stands out about the centre is the staff. Every educator we have interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely invested in both our children’s wellbeing. As a parent, that level of care doesn’t go unnoticed, and we never feel nervous or anxious about leaving. They always take the time to communicate clearly, share updates, and make sure both my children and we felt comfortable. It never feels rushed or impersonal, instead, there is a real sense of connection and trust. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we can see the focus on both learning and emotional development. Pachamama provides the best care for both my children. Knowing my children are happy, safe, and cared for makes all the difference, and it’s why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

We feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Pachamama community. All three of our children have attended (and still attend), and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. What truly sets Pachamama apart is the consistency of care and the genuine relationships the educators build with each child. They don’t just “look after” the children — they know them. Their personalities, their little quirks, their strengths, and the areas where they need support. That level of understanding is something very special and not easily found. With three very different personalities at home, it’s been incredible to see how each of our children has been understood and supported as individuals. We are so grateful for the role Pachamama has played in our children’s early years and continue to feel thankful every day for the incredible educators who show up with such care, patience, and dedication.

I absolutely love Pachamama. The educators give so much attention to each child, which makes a huge difference and gives me real peace of mind as a parent. They also send daily updates through the app, so you always know what activities your child has been doing, how they are feeling, and how their day is going overall. It’s such a great way to stay connected. My baby, is currently in the infant room, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. The environment is warm, nurturing, and very professional. I highly recommend Pachamama to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring daycare.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My son loved daycare until he started going here. It actually put him off wanting to go to school. Staff to child ratio isn’t good when you consider how many children they have in a room. The play equipment isn’t good for the younger children and my son had multiple accidents where they didn’t even notice what happened. One was a fall from a high slide pole which I had mentioned to them that he was not able to do on his own. He had fallen from the top smacked his head on the ground and had a large lump. They only called me to tell me something happened and he’d scraped his hand and was crying. When I picked him up and asked him he stated what happened and staff denied it but he had a massive lump and was later diagnosed with a concussion. They also make no concessions for neurodivergent children shaming them when they won’t sit for intentional learning or don’t want to do an activity. My son had a chronic health condition when he was there, the centre was given a letter from his doctor stating his condition and that he may have absences for appointments, surgery or illness being managed at home that didn’t require a gp appointment every time. Instead of putting these as explained absences so these would fall under the extra daycare subsidy I had due to being in a high risk pregnancy needing to go to King Edward every second day and experiencing DV from my ex-husband the centre put all absences as unexplained and I was sent a huge bill. No response from the centre to this day, all contact ignored. The staff are worn out and tired and I honestly feel they lack empathy and only care about putting on a good front and making money. Many others I have spoken to with neuro divergent children had similar experiences and were made to feel uncomfortable about speaking up.

We are so grateful we found Pachamama! Millie, Rachel, Shona and the rest of the team in the Nursery room go above and beyond to ensure all of the children in their care are supported, safe and enriched in their learning. Their nurturing, warm and gentle nature has done wonders to help our son settle into daycare and his progress reflects this. As a family, we always feel welcome and supported as a part of the Pachamama. Thank you for all of the hard work, we appreciate you all so much!

The ladies in the nursery room are doing a fantastic job and Sullivan has grown so much in his short time with them and also my wife loves the updates on the new things he is learning :)

From the moment my daughter and I step through the doors of this beautiful daycare, we feel like we’re coming home. It’s in the smiles, the gentle welcomes, and the way every educator seems to truly know and care for each child. My daughter absolutely lights up on Monday mornings — she can’t wait to get there! She talks about her educators and little friends all weekend, and it is reassuring to know that she is not only happy, but thriving in such a nurturing space. The educators are nothing short of exceptional. Their devotion is evident in everything they do — from the thoughtful activities they plan, to the way they communicate with families, and most importantly, how they connect with the children. I see how seen, safe, and loved Sabina feels in their care, and that’s a priceless gift for any parent. The environment is safe, calm, and inspiring. There’s such attention to detail in creating a space that encourages curiosity and confidence, while always making the children feel secure and supported. Their motto rings true that Pachamama is very much a home away from home. I am endlessly grateful for this wonderful place. Knowing my daughter is surrounded by people who truly care for her, and that she feels excited and cherished every day, gives me such peace of mind. As a parent, I couldn’t ask for more!

We just love Pachamama and so does our little one! Its the most welcoming and inviting place for him to grow, thrive and develop and the educators are just so supportive and amazing! It really is incredible ❤️🌻

I attended the 10 year Open day at Pachamama a few years ago and was so impressed with the grounds, staff and rooms setups. Now my daughter attends the Nursery room and we are so happy to have a spot at Pachamama. All staff, especially Millie and Rachel are very warm and welcoming and my daughter has settled in well. I enjoy reading the daily journals and feel at ease knowing that she is well taken care of and is happy. Thank you Nursery Team.
