We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Pachamama with our toddler, Brooklyn... Millie, Shona, and the whole team are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child’s development and wellbeing. It’s clear Brooklyn feels safe and happy there, and we’ve loved seeing his confidence and curiosity grow. We’re really grateful for the nurturing environment they create every day—highly recommend to any family looking for a caring and supportive childcare centre.

Viv, Kim, and Fer have been absolutely incredible in settling our little boy into the infants' room at Pachamama. After he underwent surgery at just five days old, I was understandably apprehensive about the transition to daycare. However, the team made me feel supported and at ease every step of the way. They provide such a warm, loving, and nurturing environment. Viv, in particular, has been instrumental in his transition; seeing him now wave goodbye and blow kisses to his educators at pickup is a testament to the beautiful bond they’ve built. I cannot recommend the team at Pachamama highly enough for any parent looking for a truly caring and safe start for their child.

River has grown through the toddler, junior kindy, and kindy rooms at Pachamama, and I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support we’ve received throughout every stage. Every single member of the team — from the caregivers and room leaders to the cooks and management — has always been warm, attentive, and incredibly supportive. A special thank you for the kindness shown to our family in September 2025 when I broke both of my legs. That level of care and understanding meant more than words can express. What truly sets Pachamama apart isn’t just the amazing people, but also the environment. The play equipment, toys, and facilities are absolutely outstanding — thoughtfully designed, engaging, and clearly loved by the children. My son has attended since he was 10 months old starting in infants and now in Nursery room. The nursery room is great they made him feel very welcome from day 1 now at 22 months he walks in and waves goodbye each morning. Nursery room do lots of beautiful engaging activities inside and outside the children always look like they are having the best day.

We’ve only been part of the Pachamama community for a short time, but already it’s clear why they have such a great reputation. Our third child recently joined the infants’ room, and while it’s never easy leaving your little one in someone else’s care, we honestly feel the team treats him like their own. After a few years away from childcare, we were looking for a new centre nearby, and Pachamama has definitely ticked all the boxes. The philosophy, the environment, and the approach really stand out. The educators are amazing, providing us with daily updates on how his day went, what he learned, and even little tips on what they found helped him some teething pain. We love the goals and intentions updates on the blog too - it’s a great way to stay in the loop on his progress and it keeps us all on the same page. Even though we’ve only been here a short while, it’s clear Pachamama provides a loving and nurturing environment. We couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to everyone - especially the infants team! 😊

A place to learn and fun for kids, Before my child starts in Pachamama he cant even speak or say a word and now its been 8 months since my child at Pachamama he can sing 🎵 count and identify the Colours, Shapes and the Alphabets, educators are kind and 🥰 loving especially my child is attached with miss Siri 🥰 Thank you Pachamama.

Our daughter has been attending Pachamama for over four years & is currently enjoying the Seniors Room. These are her thoughts that she'd like to share: About Amber: I like that she's playful and fun. I can also have a chat with her any time. She is funny. About Vivi: She is caring and protective. She helps me with any problems I have. I love that we can talk about ideas for games. We appreciate the personalised care given at Pachamama; care which extends to the public forum as the educators always take the time to warmly acknowledge our daughter outside of hours.

The experience we have had at Pachamama with our son has more than exceeded expectations, the facility itself is amazing, wonderful play areas set in natures backdrop it gives that homely country feel, the staff are incredible showing true care and passion for the children and are consummate professionals through management, accounting and especially the teachers, the reports and updates on his progress tell the real story describing his every detail with clarity, what comforts him, what he is learning, what he enjoys, and most importantly how his social interactions and skills are developing, I cannot recommend Pachamama highly enough for any parents looking for the best start for their children and we look forward to many more wonderful experiences to come.

Finding the right place for your children is never easy, but this centre truly feels like a home away from home for our family. From the very beginning, the care, warmth, and genuine attention the staff show to the children has been incredible. My eldest started here at just two years old, and to this day still recognises and connects with the same familiar faces—that alone speaks volumes about the consistency and dedication of the team. Now with my younger child attending as well, it’s been so reassuring to see the same level of happiness, comfort, and excitement every day. The staff are exceptional—caring, nurturing, and clearly passionate about what they do. Many have been there for a long time, which creates such a strong sense of stability and trust. They’ve also been incredibly accommodating to our family’s needs—whether it’s working around school days, offering flexibility with casual bookings, or simply always being there with an open ear. It’s a place where you feel heard, supported, and completely at ease leaving your children. My kids have formed beautiful friendships here, and I’ve watched them grow in confidence and happiness. Knowing they are in such a supportive, loving, and trustworthy environment gives me complete peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this community and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
