Hi, my name is Preeti. I grew up in Fiji, and I speak English, Fijian, and Hindi. With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the childcare industry, including many years as a Centre Manager, I am passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for children to learn and grow. I currently serve as the Centre Manager at Little Leapers Childcare.

I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Western Sydney University, which I completed 15 years ago. My strong educational foundation has always guided my approach to childcare and leadership.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles within childcare settings, and I am proud to lead the team at Little Leapers Childcare. I am actively involved in every aspect of daily operations, often found in different rooms throughout the day to ensure each child receives the attention and care they deserve. My hands-on approach helps foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere where children feel secure and happy.

I believe in building close relationships not only with the children but also with staff, families, and the wider community. I value open communication and collaboration, which are essential in creating a supportive environment for everyone involved.

Beyond my professional life, I am a proud mother of two amazing teenage children. Life with them is always full of fun and surprises, inspiring my dedication to making every day at the centre joyful and enriching for the children in my care.
