Could not be more pleased with the new management and team members that have come to the Launchpad in the last couple of months. Tamara and Paige are a pleasure to deal with (as is the rest of the group). And I could not recommend or give any more PRAISE to educator Shae and her team. She, and the team, are the reason our little one has come out of their shell and is finally happy to be at childcare! She goes absolutely above and beyond.

We have had our 3 children at Launchpad for nearly a year now. We moved after a bad experience at another centre with our eldest. We were apart of a mass exit of families from our previous centre, many who have enrolled here at Launchpad and we are still in touch with. The staff are caring and communicate well. They take photos and do summaries of what the children have been doing during the day. They dont just dump a bunch of photos first thing in the morning, like they have a chore to tick off - their posts have meaning and communicate wonderfully with families. The centre is always really clean and they are really on top of childhood illnesses. In contrast to the previous centre, where my eldest was sick nearly every week, my youngest kids in nursery have barely been sick at all. I assume my eldest in 4yo has built up their immunity, because she is never sick either. The food is great, room and outdoor layout are functional, fun and safe. There was a bit of staff turnover late last year, but everything seems settled now. We honestly didnt have any issues when there were new staff, and all of the new staff have been lovely too. One thing that makes this centre stand out is not having the reception staff and chefs stand in as the float childhood educator. They always have plenty of staff and roster their rooms appropriately.

Wouldn't recommend this centre at all. Current management don't care about the children in care. It's all about money and covering up issues within the centre. National standards aren't being followed in some areas. Staff turnover is huge and the stability in the rooms is non existent. Lack of experience with staff members and people promoted to positions they have no experience with or that they aren't qualified for has lead to a huge decline in the quality of the service/care being provided to children and families.

Staff/director turnover is high, and many staff members appear to lack the experience and knowledge needed for quality care. Some staff showed little compassion towards children, leaving them upset or distressed for extended periods. My child experienced a concerning number of injuries, and although staff repeatedly assured us supervision would improve, the same issues continued to occur. The rooms were noisy and not very welcoming, and maintenance problems were often not addressed promptly. During summer, there were also weeks without air conditioning and front doors that didn't lock. Management tended to dismiss concerns rather than address them properly, and communication with families was poor. I would recommend considering other childcare options.

We have never been apart of a childcare service that has experienced such a high turnover of directors. It raises concerns about what may be happening internally. Most recently two more directors have left as they have just vanished. there has been no communication to families regarding these changes, including who is currently managing the service or where the directors have gone. There is someone new everyday. We love Mary at the front desk she's our only comfort when we walk in every morning. We had no aircons for my kids for about 5 weeks. The 40 degree day we saw no communication from owners about a power outage and yet the centre did not even shut. This was not ok my kids would come home clearly dehydrated and sick. Why was someone not here to fix this!!! Isn't this a requirement!! Then let's talk about how the centre was unlocked for about 4 weeks and anyone could walk in!!! I don't think I saw the owners once come in to help with this or even talk to the parents. The only time I've seen them is on instagram but apparently they only have 2 centres and according to there posts and flyers they are around and we are a family. Yet we get told nothing Don't recommend there is something sus going on here. Will be leaving once I find a childcare in the area

My son attends this centre and he's so excited to go every morning. He runs in happy and eager for his day. Management and staff are excellent and really know every child and their individual needs. My son is autistic and they have learnt all of his quirks. They celebrate every milestone and goal he hits like being able to say a new word etc. They have all been beyond supportive with allowing allied health in to work with him, ensuring they have space to work with him and even following what allied health recommends to allow him to learn the new skills across multiple environments. The opportunities provided to the children are amazing. There's music and other activities throughout the fortnight. They follow children's interests with the programming and expand on things which the children show an interest in. They also include the children in day to day tasks for the room such as making playdough. I'd highly recommend this centre to anyone considering a child care for their child.

Wonderful childcare centre with caring, attentive educators. Our child gets to enjoy lots of new activities and foods there. The centre is clean, well organised, and communicates well with families. Highly recommend.
