OZ Man, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the car park closure during our recent Open Day. The decision to close the car park was made with safety in mind, as we had a petting zoo with farm animals on site and needed to ensure a secure environment for families and children. The event turned out to be much busier than anticipated, and while we were thrilled with the turnout, we recognise that this impacted parking availability in the surrounding area. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take it into careful consideration when planning future events to minimise disruption and better support both our visitors and the local community. That said, we do kindly encourage anyone with concerns to reach out to us directly, so we have the opportunity to address the matter personally. A 1 star review around car parking for an open day event does not reflect the quality of care and early education we pride ourselves on providing to our families each and every day.
