We have had a great experience at Beaconsfield Children's Hub over the past 2 years. The educators and centre staff are all very friendly and kind, always greeting us with a smile. They show great care for the children and provide a safe and educational environment. The centre is always clean and orderly and full of colour and life which helps the kids feel a sense of belonging. We've had no issues with communication and accounts are handled really well also. There is plenty of space for the kids to play inside and outside. There are a great variety of healthy meals and snacks offered. We love that there is always something happening, whether pj day or sports week or celebrating multicultural festivals and holidays. It is a great centre with wonderful staff and management and we'd highly recommend it.

Although the care shown to my daughter was ok they get one star for the day I finished early and went to pick my daughter up and witnessed a carer dragging a scream child forcefully across the room

A hidden gem, the best in the area. I can say that we are very blessed that we didn’t try any other centre and ended up in the perfect centre for our son. The moment I arrived and had the tour, the management and staff members are very respectful, accomodating and lovely. They all know the kids and their families no matter what room they are in. They work as a team, supportive and very attentive to every child’s need. Sharelle and Tash who works on the management side are very hands-on to the kids too. The centre is very spacious from the rooms to the play area. I love the sleeping area in the baby room where my son started. They also respect your preference and will not judge your practice at home at all. BCH was the best thing we’ve done for our son coz he is well looked after. He is very happy everytime we pick him up. Thank you to the whole team for everything that you do. 🤍🤍🤍

My daughter has attended this daycare for almost a year now and we are extremely impressed with the centre . All the staff are really friendly, caring and helpful . Such a relaxed environment and very homely . Highly recommend 👌 Keep up the good work guys and thank you for an amazing year with our daughter

This childcare all staff members are so nice and great. My son Agam singh is here from almost 8 months , they really carrying. Highly recommended. They are really helpful in everything. Place is very clean and good for kids . Thanks to all staff members for carrying our son .

Beaconsfield Children's Hub are a fantastic team who take great care of the children in their care. The centre is staffed by wonderful educators and is a clean and bright place to visit. They took wonderful care of our daughter and you will not be disappointed in sending you kids here.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

I so highly recommend this childcare centre, the carers, from the owners all the way down to the helpers are all just absolutely amazing. We have had so much support and both me and my son look forward to our childcare days. Initially anxious parents putting our 12mnth old into childcare for the first time but all our fears were eased as they cared for our child so well. There have been none of the horror stories that I've heard from other mums with kids at other centres. We have been so pleasantly impressed with this childcare and have no hesitation about suggesting it to any new parents in the area.
