I was an observer in a café that the children form the preschool had come to for an excursion. I am a parent who has had preschool children and never have I seen such wonderful staff and children. The staff were so professional , kind and caring. The children were exceptionally well behaved and all knew what was expected of them . The children had a great time and what a great experience for them to go out to lunch during the week without parents. The staff were relaxed but attuned to the children's needs and they made it so much fun . My café companion and I spent more time talking about how amazing this was then actually catching up

From the moment you walk in, the staff are warm, friendly and truly focused on each child’s wellbeing and development. They do a great job communicating with parents and always keep us updated on what our little one has been doing throughout the day. The learning environment is engaging and fun, with plenty of activities that help build confidence, social skills and school readiness. The centre is clean, organised and feels like a safe place for children to learn and play. Highly recommend to families looking for quality early learning and care!

We’ve had such a positive experience with Children’s Village Toongabbie! From day one, the team has shown an incredible level of professionalism, empathy and genuine care. As a parent, it’s not always easy leaving your child in someone else’s care (especially after having the worst experience with the previous childcare) but the educators here made the transition so much easier for us. Their knowledge and understanding of early childhood development is evident in the way they engage with the children and support their individual needs. They take the time to communicate with families, offer thoughtful guidance and make sure we always feel informed and reassured. Most importantly, my son is happy, safe and thriving. I've sent both of my children to this centre. Currently on the process for re-enrollment as my little one misses the centre and wants to go back. When my daughter was enrolled last year I really appreciated how the educators in Blue Gum carefully observed my child and provided thoughtful feedback. This helped me to understand my daughter's personal struggles in peer relationship and stress about speaking English as her second language. Also all the staffs working there always create welcoming atmosphere. Especially the kitchen staff always greeted my little one with beautiful smile. This centre is by far the best one and is the only centre I feel I can trust.

The childcare centre is located on 2 blocks of land giving the children more space compared to other centres in the nearing area (normally they are built on 400-500m2 with an underground car park). The centre is clean, all food made fresh in the morning with great selections also aware of allergies. The centre is the first/oldest from the children’s village brand same time with very experienced educators and management. I’ve sent my kid to other places and been to other childcare centres on inspection, some of them have stairs in the outdoor area, some of the educators were lazy not changing the diapers (also because they provide diapers so they cut the usage, young academics).

Seeing the efforts the educators put into time and time again for the children and their families do not go unnoticed. I’m glad my children always enjoy their time
