I am currently undertaking my student work placement at Kradle 2 Krayons Childcare Centre, and it has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience so far. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed by the educators, who have continued to show support, guidance, and professionalism throughout my placement. Every day, I learn something new—whether through hands-on interaction with the children or by observing and assisting experienced staff. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in a variety of learning activities, daily routines, and group experiences that help support the children’s overall development. What stands out the most is the nurturing, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment that Kradle 2 Krayons provides. The educators are truly passionate about their work, and their dedication inspires me as I continue to grow in my role as a future early childhood educator. I would like to give special thanks to Veerpal, the centre manager, for her exceptional leadership, guidance, and kindness. Her support has created an environment where both staff and students feel valued and empowered to give their best every day. Being part of such a supportive and knowledgeable team has been both personally and professionally enriching. The daycare did such a great job getting him adjusted to the daycare initially and continually sends regular updates about his day. If there are ever any incidents, they keep me well informed by calling me immediately and filing an incident report. Every time I pick him up, they always tell me about his day too. The centre does a good job providing nutritious meals, lots of fun and educational activities and their communication has been professional and transparent. Read more

Overall a poor experience for my child. He was injured twice at the care and both two times the teachers didnt notice his... Overall a poor experience for my child. He was injured twice at the care and both two times the teachers didnt notice his wounds or bruises until he came home and WE informed them. Once there was a blood patch on his head, and second time he had a bruise over his eye. Both times I called them and they found it surprising and have not noticed him being injured at care. And their response was "your child didnt cry at care, so we didnt notice". And the second time their response was "We had 18 kids to look after today and we were very busy". Obviously a parent expects more responsibility than that from a care. And to my disgust they tried to make me sign an incident report that they have informed me about the injuries. There were days he came home with wet dripping pants and my husband would change his pants before getting into the car. They dont offer any main meals to your kid. They only eat fruits or bread or pizza for lunch. All the excellent reviews are from their family members and friends. Please think twice before you hand over your kid to this place. Read more

The teacher students ratio is good and they have a lot of trainees (hopefully they would have their WCC ,background and education checked). The promotions and options of three different timings useful to shift workers. Hoping they consistently improve their accreditation. Read more
