We had our son for close to 3 years at this center and it has been amazing to see him building friendship and a close bond with his friends and educators. Would love to acknowledge Ms Holly D who has been there throughout his 3 years. She has been exceptionally caring and welcoming him everyday. There were also Ms Foketi, Ms Rachel and Ms Karina who were names that my son constantly tells me of how he enjoys playing with them. Not forgetting, Ms Kate who was amazing at managing the admin, she is always on top of replying my emails and organising everything so quick. Thanks again for the lovely 3 years in caring for my son. 🙂

My child has attended Only ELC for the past 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Many of the educators have been there for a long time, which really shows in how well they know the children and families. The staff are excellent at communicating and keeping families updated on their child's progress. It is a lovely centre with a warm, welcoming enviroment, and we have always felt supported and included. Highly recommend Only ELC.

My son recently graduated from Only Early Learning Centre, Rouse Hill, after a wonderful four‑year journey with them—and it was truly one of the best decisions we ever made. He loved being there, enjoyed every moment, and was cared for not just by his room educators but by everyone at the centre, including the admin staff. A special mention to Jess, who cared for him on his very first day and was also there on his last—such a beautiful full-circle moment. Erin and Kate are doing a fantastic job managing the centre and creating such a nurturing environment. A big shout‑out to Claudia, Rekha, and Mark for all their support in preparing him for school. We’re incredibly grateful for everything the team has done for him.

ONLY was my son's second home for 2 years. He has grown and thrived with the support of his wonderful educators. Communication has always been great both with admin and educators. Always felt we were listened to and supported whenever we had concerns. Apart from all the fun learning experiences, we also appreciated all the fun family events! K will surely miss going to ONLY!

We’ve been with this centre for a year, and I just want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful management team and educators. They are truly genuine, caring, and dedicated, especially compared to many of the larger franchise centres. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children and their families. We’ve recently moved to another centre, but my little one still talks about Holly and Rachel all the time! It’s heartwarming to see how special they made her feel. We’re so grateful for all the love, support, and care you’ve given us over the past year. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

It's almost been 7 months my daughter going to ONLY learning Rouse hill and she loves being there, I initially started with 2 days a week but now, I send her 4 days a week Monday through Thursday. They upload regular pictures with their curiculam which helps us track their progress. Cant be happier.

We absolutely love partnering with Only Early Learning Centre Rouse Hill for our KUBS (Kids Understanding Basic Skills) program each week — a fun, play-based movement program designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and a love for being active through sport and fitness. Kate and Erin have been incredibly supportive throughout the whole process — always providing thoughtful feedback from their parent community and advocating for their families and children’s needs. My daughter has been attending for just over a year and she absolutely loves this daycare. The educators are warm and supportive, and the policies are very family-centred, which makes us feel truly welcomed. The manager is also very responsive. We are extremely happy with the care provided and would highly recommend this centre.

I haven’t had a great experience at early learning. I have 2 yo twins who have been in care previously before we moved to this area. We’ve had the occasional incident report and missed daily updates but only elc takes the cake. I barely see any photos of my kids when they actually do post. We’ve signed 29 incident reports between them in the last 6 months. Any billing issues they push back and tell you to contact a third party provider and then I end up back and forth between them and the centre and nothing really gets resolved. I have written numerous times and they’ve responded but there’s never any actual change. I’ve also heard another family that left for the same reasons. Avoid avoid avoid. I’ll be taking mine out as soon as spots elsewhere become available. Ps. They charge 2 full weeks as a deposit - BEFORE SUBSIDY so over $1000 for us. I’ve never heard of more than $200 deposit ever. Sorry ELC but something needs to be done
