We had our son for close to 3 years at this center and it has been amazing to see him building friendship and a close bond with his friends and educators. Would love to acknowledge Ms Holly D who has been there throughout his 3 years. She has been exceptionally caring and welcoming him everyday. There were also Ms Foketi, Ms Rachel and Ms Karina who were names that my son constantly tells me of how he enjoys playing with them. Not forgetting, Ms Kate who was amazing at managing the admin, she is always on top of replying my emails and organising everything so quick. Thanks again for the lovely 3 years in caring for my son. 🙂

Climbing Ladders Rouse Hill provides Montessori childcare and daycare for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our Rouse Hill early learning centre offers a calm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported and known by name. We use Montessori education, which means children learn through hands-on experiences, real-life activities and purposeful play rather than worksheets or busywork.
Our Rouse Hill childcare centre blends authentic Montessori philosophy with our Principle Ladders curriculum to create an educational experience that develops the whole child, not just academically but socially, emotionally and creatively. Children move through carefully sequenced materials that build concentration, problem-solving skills and independence at their own pace. Educators guide rather than direct, stepping in with gentle support when needed and stepping back when children are deeply engaged in learning.
Classrooms are arranged in age groups so babies, toddlers and preschoolers each have spaces designed just for them. Low shelves, child-sized furniture and accessible materials allow children to choose their own work and pack away when finished. Our outdoor play areas include open space for gross motor play, natural elements, sand and water play, and quiet corners for reading or talking with friends. Every part of the environment is planned to help children feel confident, capable and respected.
Families in Rouse Hill choose our childcare because they see consistent routines, warm relationships and clear communication. Daily updates share what your child has been working on, how they are settling and any milestones reached. Many families begin with two or three days a week and increase days as children grow and build strong attachments to their educators.
If you are considering childcare or daycare in Rouse Hill, we invite you to book a tour to see our Montessori classrooms in action and meet the team. You can enrol online, or call us on the number below or email our team to ask about current availability, fees and the Child Care Subsidy.
