My daughter started at Milieu after being at her previous centre for many years, so it was a big change. I can confidently say she has not only adjusted straight away, but has formed positive and loving relationships with her educators and peers. All her educators are kind, loving and really show care for her wellbeing. She has learnt so much in her Pre Kinder program and all the extra curricular programs held such as excursions. I love how the centre involves themselves in the local community. Special thanks to Dyala and the team for helping my daughter flourish and grow her confidence! I’m so happy we chose Milieu it truely feels like a family!

Incursions & Excursions
Our incursions and excursions are focussed on connecting children to nature and the community. Our programs empower children to foster a love for all creatures great and small and show empathy towards all living things and one another.
Our children are our future leaders, so what better start than to guide a love for our natural environment and the word around them. Some examples of Incursions & Excursions may include: Fire Brigade Visits, Visits to the local library, Chicken hatching program, Bush kindy experiences, visits to the local park or primary school as well as many more.
Milieu Pre-K Program - Milieu School Readiness Program is embedded into the daily curriculum for children aged 3-6 years old. Our Pre-k children will also work on a Milieu School Readiness Book throughout the year.
Milieu Mini Chefs - Milieu Mini Chefs Program can assist children learn and practice some basic math concepts and build language skills. The Milieu experience of creating meals also helps build children's self-confidence and lays the foundation for healthy eating habits.
Milieu Garden Program - Milieu Garden & Sustainability program assists children with having an understanding of the flora and fauna in our world, along with learning about sustainable practices within our environment. Our garden program involves tangible experiences, which teaches children to care for the environment.
Milieu Language Program - Milieu Language program boosts problem-solving, critical-thinking, and listening skills, in addition to improving memory, concentration, and the ability to multitask. At Milieu the selected second language of choice, is selected by the families at our service.
Milieu Fundamentals - Milieu Fundamentals sports program provides a safe and low pressure environment for your child to first learn about sports and how to play cooperatively with others, while also learning multi-sport skills and movements.
