We are so happy with this daycare centre, especially the nursery room. The staff consistently go above and beyond to meet and follow our child’s individual needs and routines, which gives us great peace of mind. The directors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Hailey, the centre director, truly goes above and beyond for our family. We recently learned the centre is rated Exceeding, and you can absolutely feel the quality and care as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend.

My son has been attending for 2.5 years now in pre Lindy and kindy and my infant daughter attending 6 months. The team have been so nuturing of both of my babies. The facilities they have are wonderful. The team has always been quick to communicate changes at the centre and progress or challenges. I appreciate everyone so much for what they do for our kiddies

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately the level of care my daughter received was not acceptable. I only found out she had fallen and hit her lip because I asked someone else to call and check on her. I was told the centre had “tried to call me”, yet I had no missed calls and wasn’t given an incident report at pick-up. Even after requesting the report, it was never a priority to be given to me or SIGN. The report later claimed I was contacted immediately, which simply wasn’t true. (Mind you I received the report a month later, the day i cancelled her enrolment.) The day I decided to pull her out, I picked her up at 4:30pm to find her last nappy change had been at 1:30pm. Her nappy was full and she had sand all through her nappy area. When I asked one of the educators how she could have sand in her nappy if she was wearing trackies her response was “Maybe she went in the sand pit?” 🥴 On that same day, I arrived to find her on an educator’s lap with a large piece of bark in her mouth. I removed it just before she could have swallowed it and choked! These repeated issues made it clear that supervision and basic care standards were not being met. I ended up withdrawing my daughter for her safety. This is my honest experience so other parents are aware.

My son loves attending Guardian Springfield Central. The staff and management team are wonderful.

Hands down the only place I would ever send my boys. The staff are exceptional, the learning and experiences in education & life skills are more than I could ask for. My boys love Guardian at Springfield Central! I would recommend to anyone.

My son has grown so much since starting at Guardian. The educators are absolutely beautiful with him — patient, caring and genuinely connected. He always walks in happy and comes home full of little stories about his day. The centre manager is organised, approachable and keeps everything running smoothly, which makes the whole place feel calm and well-supported. The learning activities are thoughtful, the communication is great, and I feel like they really understand my child as an individual. I’m so grateful for the team here. Highly recommend.

The headline for this centre would have to be 'Goes Above and Beyond'. My daughter has now been attending for nearly two years and we've found the whole Guardian Springfield Central team to be absolutely fantastic. My child's needs are accommodated, even when they are a bit particular (shout out to Shona for providing easily 90% of my daughter's food intake!) The staff clearly get on well and operate as an efficient, caring unit for the kids. This is demonstrated by the ease with which they combine groups or monitor the large outdoor space. Hailey and Brooke are clearly doing a great job leading the way, and it's not uncommon to see them engaged with kids in the outdoor area or in the rooms, so I feel they are well connected to the children and the pulse of the centre. My daughter has adored all of her educators and often doesn't want to come home and even asks me on weekends if we can duck over to daycare to play with her 'teacher friends'. I leave my little girl at this centre with full faith that she is safe, being cared for, being taught and being cherished and for that I am extremely grateful. Would definitely recommend this centre!

My little one is happy everyday at class with her wonderful teachers miss Crissy, miss Laksmi, miss Leah and her super favourite miss Trinh. She learns new things with different activities everyday, we can’t tell enough our thanks to all teachers; especially Miss Trinh as she always treats my little one as her own kids with love, care and patience. We’ve had such a great experience with Guardian. From the moment we walk in, the staff are always so friendly e.g. the office team always greets us, and every educator we walk past says hello and often knows our baby by name, which honestly just makes it feel really personal and welcoming. Even though she’s still just a bub, we can see how comfortable and happy she is there as well as see how much she has learnt and grown this year. It’s a relief as a parent to know she’s being so well looked after as well as know that the staff here actually care about my child and communicate with me regularly to create a personalised experience for my girl. The team really do make an effort to create a caring environment.
