If you’re like myself and thought that daycare isn’t needed because you stay at home, this centre has completely changed my view and comfortability of having my child in someone else’s care. I cannot thank the educators enough as well as all the ladies that work there for how comfortable, positive and inviting they have made my families experience so far. My daughter has never thrived so much with her speech, social skills and development from a 2 to a 3 year old since being at this centre. I called a year ago a few times to explore daycare as my anxiety was through the roof but there was no availability for a good 6 months maybe so enrolled my girl elsewhere and it was the worst experience for someone who already had reservations about daycare. I called Goodstart Brookwater again and finally they had availability. As soon as I walked in for the tour and met Kim the vibes were 100% more vibrant and inviting than others in the area I have experienced. Honestly, meeting with Kim an having her address my concerns regarding behaviours and engagement with children and others etc and seeing for myself the room, the energy of the educators with the children, I made my decision on the spot because I saw for myself the proof was in the room. My daughter is greeted with so much excitement everyday from administrators, to the in house cook and then in her room where she’s so happy to be. Even educators from the older kids room make effort with the younger children when they bump into us in the foyer or outside. I started my oldest in daycare at 2.5 years old and now I didn’t need to think twice about starting my 1 year old who will be starting next week who already thinks they go there. Haha What an amazing Centre at creating a culture whereby children will thrive and so much transparency is shown regarding our children’s development and day to day activities.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and love our daughter receives at this centre. From the moment we walk in, the staff greet us warmly and make her feel safe, supported, and valued. The educators go above and beyond—not just meeting her daily needs, but also encouraging her learning, creativity, and confidence. The communication is excellent; we always know what’s happening and feel reassured that she’s in the best hands. It’s not easy leaving your child each day, but knowing she is surrounded by such dedicated, caring professionals gives us complete peace of mind. We are truly grateful for all the hard work, patience, and kindness the team shows every single day.

We honestly have a great experience with Goodstart Brookwater. Our daughter is in pre-kindy now and the educators in the big kids’ rooms are amazing, a big shout-out to Kiran, Kulwinder, Tina, Miho and Saane for all the care and support they give every day. Our daughter absolutely loves coming in, and it’s so nice knowing they’re in such good hands.

Our experience at Goodstart Brookwater has been positive. Over the years, we've seen our daughter thrive, she is now in Pre-Kindy thanks to the dedicated and skilled team of educators. A special thanks to the senior educators, particularly Lead Educators including Kiranjith, for their exceptional leadership and commitment. Their guidance has helped our daughter develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning, especially in areas like numeracy and phonics. We truly appreciate the nurturing environment, thoughtful programs, and the care all the educators put into supporting each child's growth. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We love Goodstart Brookwater – especially Nicki in the toddler room! From my son to now my little girl, Nicki has played such a huge and positive role in both of their early years. Her passion, patience, and genuine care for the children really shines through in everything she does. She builds such strong, nurturing bonds with the little ones, and they absolutely adore her. One of the things that has always stood out to me is how well Nicki manages the nappy changes and nap routines. Everything is done with such care and attention. My little ones always come home clean, well-rested, and happy – which speaks volumes about the consistency and high level of care she provides throughout the day. What I really appreciate is how calm and structured her room is. She creates a safe, loving, and engaging space where the kids can feel secure, grow in confidence, and enjoy learning through play. Nicki takes the time to understand each child’s personality and needs – and that personal touch makes all the difference. Even after we moved, I chose not to change centres because I didn’t want to take my daughter away from such a positive environment – especially the care and support she receives from Nicki. That says a lot about the trust and appreciation I have for her and the whole team at Goodstart Brookwater. I arranged a tour there for my baby to attend. I called up on the day of the tour to confirm it. Everything was all go and the manager would be there to show us around. My husband left work early to make it to the tour. We turn up and the manager wasn’t there. The staff didn’t know what to do as they weren’t told we were coming. An educator shows us around and kisses one of the babies (it wasn’t hers). I expected a lot better especially as this is in the Brookwater area.

Goodstart brookwater has been amazing for our daughter. She’s been going here since Jan 2025. It was a sudden transition for her from 2 days to all 5 days. I really appreciate the service provided by Shoby , Kim, Meena and Nicki for our daughter. All other staff are brilliant as well. We have a sense of peace when we leave her and go to work. Thanks for all your help.

Amazing Center! Very welcoming.. cleanliness 10/10. All staff are so friendly and communicate well. my son absolutely loves going here. Highly recommend this child care. :)
